Stopped in to get ice cream for six. Our entire order was ready in less than 5 minutes. Nichole was GREAT!!! Not only did she get our deserts out quickly, she came to check with us before she brought them whether or not we wanted a drink carrier. If you order after about 1 pm, don’t expect the order to be correct, good or correct. We’ve went here quite a few times and they are consistently filling the orders wrong. Our last order, we ordered a chicken sandwich add cheese, add pickles. This was clearly in receipt and no pickles or cheese was present despite being charged. The same visit we ordered a hamburger, no cheese, minus Mayo and ketchup, add mustard. Also clearly on receipt. The burger received was seriously meat, bread and mustard. Same visit, ordered mozzarella sticks with ranch. Again on receipt. No ranch out even marinara sauce in msg. This was have been an easy fix but we ordered in app, picked up and drive home before realizing the order was 45% correct.
