I gave it only 2 stars due to the place is being run into the ground. Almost all of the menu’s on one side don’t work. I have tried to be patient but it has been at least 2 weeks that i know of. The few that do work, the employees park there. Then I hear that one of the ice machines are down. What next the ice cream machine or would it be the fryer? Who ever is in charge of maintenance is really dropping the ball. I love sonic but I would rather go next door to dairy queen than to have these issues.

We frequent this location often. I really can’t understand all the negative reviews here. This is actually one of the few places in Waco (post pandemic) where we KNOW we can still get a descent meal . I mean it’s fast food so I guess you have to take that into consideration and alter your expectations. Not only is it fast food but it’s currently fast food in a broken economy. It’s hard to find employees willing to work much less have customer service skills and I’m sure it’s also hard to keep things stocked for businesses and restaurants right now the cost is hard on us all .All kidding aside we’ve been so disappointed in restaurants around here in the last year that we’ve pretty much stopped eating out completely that includes fast food restaurants down valley Mills drive.- But this particular sonic has remained a place to pick up lunch or dinner for us when we don’t want to cook. – I guess if I really wanted to find something to complain about today I could say the chili taste alittle burnt on our order today and also I wish they would fix the machines to make ordering easier. All and all I’m satisfied with this location.

Burgers were dry and tasted like the meat was left over from lunch. Dried out and cold. I’ve eaten here before and it was great and the food was fresh. BIG difference!

Came to this restaurant and I forgot card correct credit card I tried to see if they had Apple Pay or if they can type the card in but the manager Mary Lou was very rude and and treated us as if we were stealing from them. I stated I can give her my ID and she said they will not type the number in because they’ve had it come back that it was stolen. She didn’t even try to work with me or even wait so that way I can get my other card she was just rude

By far the worst of the waco group. I don’t know how, when I was the only customer there, it takes 30 minutes for a burger and two orders of chillicheese tots. The burger was wrong, the patties were burnt they forgot the ‘Chilli’ part of Chilli and cheese, my burger was given no condiments despite just asking for a super sonic double. Idk what’s going on but it seems like the gm is gonna lose out it the long run.
