I came thru the drive thru to get my toddler a cherry slush. Jamie approached my vehicle with a medium slush and gave me a total of 3 something. I asked her is that for a mini cherry slush. She said no, it would be 1.65. I give her $2. She went inside and came back out with some change. I told her to keep it. During this whole interaction Jamie seemed so cold or as if she is annoyed. I opened the slush and it is pure ice and around the edges is the cherry syrup. At this point I didn’t want my toddler to drink anything from there. I asked Jamie for a refund for my slush and she gave me $1.50 . Sonic needs to look into this young lady because usually a Manger comes and gives you the refund. I didn’t see a register open, nothing. Adrian the manager his face said it all but he took care of me. When I asked for her name he said it was on her badge but I told him she didn’t have one. Trust me I wouldn’t ask if it was. 90 percent of the evening individuals passing thru a drive thru had a long day and don’t feel like cooking. Take a moment and get it right the first time. Now I have to drive to another Sonic to get what I want. Some things should take 4 tries. I just wanted a mini cherry slush. That’s it.

So far from what it used to be, good. If I didn’t have gift cards to burn up, I wouldn’t spend my money here. The SS burrito used to be loaded. It came with a couple tomato slices, onion, a decent amount of tater tots, and actual sausage. Now, it’s a ton of egg folded over, half the size it used to be, double the price, a ton of jalapeños, and honestly not a lot else. Tried the footlong coney too. Pretty lackluster as well. I added mustard, it came dowsed in it. It just wasn’t good like it had been at one point in time.

This place is amazing! By far, I have to say, my favorite part about it is there slushies. I don’t recommend this place if you’re looking for something healthy, but it’s great for kids, and really everyone. It has delicious meals. My recommendation to them: try to speed up the process a bit. For a fast food restaurant, it isn’t all that fast. Other than that, I definitely love this place. I highly recommend it.

My Mom and I stopped by for drinks around 9:00pm. We ordered from the phone app, and they were ready when we pulled into the drive thru. We were helped by a young man (teenager), and he was very polite and helpful. My MIL’s root beer didn’t have much syrup. The young man fixed the problem quickly, and he replaced it with a properly mixed root beer. It was nice to see someone who genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. Great attitude. I hope he gets a raise!

this is the best sonic in this area, the food is nicer, the employees are nicer. wait times are way shorter. whoever is running this one needs to re-train all the employees at the other sonic on 310 Bay Area Blvd. I will gladly drive past the other sonic just to go to this one. Thank you to the employees here for doing way better than your peers at the bad sonic.
