The food was good and fairly hot. I tried to pre-pay after ordering my food but the screen did not prompt for payment. I had to wait on the car hop to make my payment. I like to be the only one who handles my cards. Once a card is out of your sight you never know what happens. It took a few minutes for her to come back with my card. I wasn’t real thrilled about that. The car hop was nice but still I didn’t like the payment situation.

I ordered a medium mozzarella sticks, a chicken tender box, a soft pretzel, and a route 44 drink at 7pm. It took 30 minutes to get to me and then it was all wrong. I didn’t even get my mozzarella sticks and it was $6. The drink was just carbonated water, like they didn’t put more drink syrup in the machine. They filled up an entire route 44 drink full of the nasty carbonated water with no flavor. It is not even the right color of a regular coke. How did they think this was okay? The chicken tenders were filled with stray onion rings like someone took a handful of tator tots from the bottom of the batch. Terrible. I can kinda get it if I ordered right before closing but I ordered 4 hours before they do. I cannot believe I waited this long for a terrible meal. Not even offered a refund or anything.

This is the 5th time I’ve been to this sonic and my order has been wrong everytime the first few times I used the app, the time before this one was the drive through, this time I ordered on the machine. And everytime something been wrong. I order cheese sticks and got a hot dog. Ordered a tea got lemonade twice. Even got a extra meal once. And it’s not even that they where busy. The carhop read me my order every time and it has yet to be right.

Amazing Grace
This is my first visit to this one due to the other one being out of ice. So I pull up to the stall, push the button as usual. The kid on the other end ask me what I want I tell him four bags of ice a route 44 root beer with extra ice and only half root beer and a small order of tater tots. So for the next 5 minutes the boy on the other end argues with me about my root beer only being halfway full. I was mildly retarded because I was asking for the root beer to only be half way full. He asked me the same question about six times which was so you mean to tell me you only want me to put half root beer in this cup and I was like well I really don’t care if you pour all of it in there just by the time it gets to me drink half of it or something I just want halfway root beer and all the way ice. By the end of the conversation I was embarrassed thinking that I was asking for too much when in reality I was only asking for half of it. Good thing I didn’t ask to put a straw in it right?! And I’m sitting here now they just brought my order out and my root beer is full I guess he thought it was joking or that I looked thirsty.

Every time I come here it’s always something last time it took forever for service and to get my order this week. Today more stalls are not working or they don’t work by letting the staff know yiu are here and trying to order. The morning staff today act as if they have a problem with working. Food was hot coffee was good

if you possibly can, avoid this location. every time i go here, i wait 20+ minutes every time. today, i had an online order, waited for 30 full minutes, and when i got my order they had replaced the double quarter pounder i ordered with a tiny, pathetic dollar value burger instead. waited 30 mins and paid $10 for a drink and cold fries and no burger.
