We pulled up at 10:32 pm on a Saturday to order a quick bite to eat. The guy who took our order rushed us, refused to correctly place our order. At 10:40 pm they proceeded to turn off all the lights and inform us they are closed but we will still get our food. Then proceed to not give us our full order. Then try to rush us out of the parking lot while we are trying to get our correct food. I have been coming to this location for 20 year and never had such a bad experience. I wonder if ownership is aware their staff is closing the location 30 minutes early and losing business?

Update: Ordered combos online for my family, each combo was personalized a little differently from the others. It was nearly ready by the time I got there. So far, so good. Brought it home, started looking through them to figure out which was whose. While they weren’t marked, they were ALL exactly as ordered, even down to light ice or no ice in the drinks! We were all highly impressed! Great job!!!

This is my second visit to this store where my food was not prepared as ordered. I ordered a supersonic double cheeseburger combo. The fries were cold despite the wait to get the food. My burger was in pieces on the bun and the route 44 cranberry limeade tasted like flavored water. I will order from a restaurant and not a fast food place if I want a burger from now on.
