The only good thing I have to say about this Sonic is if it wasn’t for Miraculous ( the carhop on inline skates) and Zack being very kind and attentive I would never go back. On May 11th I ordered 2 drinks and a Blast on the app. Arrived around 8:10 p.m. and put in my stall # on the app. I sat in my car and waited and watched cars that came after me get there orders before me. After waiting for around 20 minutes or so I finally decided to push the red button to see where my order was. I got an insincere apology. It took the carhop another 10 minutes to finally bring my order. She handed me a coupon for buy a Cheeseburger and get one free, along with 2 free medium chip tokens. Do they honestly think by giving me 2 free drink chips and a coupon for a free Cheeseburger where I have to buy a Cheeseburger makes up for the fact that I sat there at least 30 minutes waiting for 2 drinks and one blast. When the Carhop finally came with my order she handed it to me and the Blast was melted and it was wrong. I told her they got it wrong, it was melted and they only put barely a teaspoon of the topping I ordered. I told her that I had ordered 2 toppings and she argued with me and told me that was not what I ordered. If it hadn’t have been for the carhop on roller skates helping me out and telling her to go and fix my blast it would have never been fixed. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my Blast to come out and once again the carhop on skates happened to come by my car and saw I was still waiting and he brought it out. Thank you Miraculous and Zack for always being so kind and attentive.

It’s been about 6 or 7 months since I’ve been here and got a meal for myself. Let me tell you I am thoroughly disappointed. The first stall that I pulled into the screen was not working then I pulled into the next one and that screen was not working. So I pulled into the next one down from that and that the screen was not working either. So I went around to the other side and the first stall I pulled into the screen was not working. Right then and there I got a gut feeling that things were not going to go well. So, I pulled into the next stall down and thankfully the screen was working however the speakers were subpar and the young woman on the inside could not hear me. She had to come out and take my order and of course got it wrong. I ordered a number two cheeseburger combo and got a number one. I ordered Sonic size fries with that with no salt. Well I got the no salt part and it was Sonic size container however it was literally only half full. My drink was correct however thankfully. I did not notice these discrepancies until I had got home. Before I left I was taking a good look around the establishment and I noticed this place was severely run down. A quarter of the screens did not work in the stalls and the screens that did work a lot of them had the covers busted or broken and were sagging and allowing all kinds of weather to get in them. I made a suggestion that they should put cones to block off the stalls where the screens did not work, I’m quite sure that that is not going to happen however. Don’t get me wrong the two people that I had interactions with were quite pleasant even if one of them didn’t get my order right. I have never seen this place so shabby and run down since they built it. New owners? New management? I just don’t know but what I do know is I probably won’t be coming back here if it’s going to be like this……………. Update……. It has been a year now since I have been last to Sonic. Wife and I stopped in as we had the munchies and wanted something to eat. Pretty much the same story as above. This time a large portion of the lights did not work. It was pretty dark there in some spots. So, nothing has really changed there except that maybe it got worse.

The food is always fresh and cooked to order. The only reason I give them 4 stars and not 5 is because they always place the burgers sideways in to go bags and by the time you get home the bottom of the burger is soggy.

This time I went through the drive thru ordered a water with strawberry. The young man at the window checked the order and sent it back the first time correcting the young lady that it needed strawberries. She took it back and came back and he checked it again and told her again there should be strawberries she walked off and he opened the window and handed it to me. I have seeds but I dug and dug there are no strawberries. I give up on Sweeny!
