Tried to order at the drive in and couldn’t even get a worker to take my order. I would push the red button to place my order, and after every 15 minutes or so my request would disappear. After making three attempts, trying to be patient and understanding… there was no point of trying any longer if nobody cared.

The Hispanic female carhop was rude! I asked for ketchup and she said it was in there as she walked away, and I asked if it was in the bag. The tater tots with cheese were soggy, they must javelin been cooked earlier because they weren’t very hot just warm. Customer service is horrible everywhere. Didnt get a hello or thank you or anything and i let them keep the change when i paid.

New daytime management has come in and ruined the culture of the store. All of the old faces have left and new faces coming in. It is not the same anymore. Orders are constantly messed up. Familiarity is gone. This was one of the few Sonic stores left where you could go and you could tell the staff enjoyed working there and the orders were prompt. That has changed significantly over the past three weeks.

Amazing service. Fast and it seems like they are constantly cleaning the place which means a lot. The staff wears facial coverage which means the food is fresh and clean. And the best part is that they are open late, I mean midnight late (thanks staff) and their menu is fully stocked (happy squeal) so far best Sonic in Cinco Ranch.
