This was supposed to be a chili cheese dog add mustard. Looks like they put chili and cheese and then scrapped it off and then added mustard. Very disappointing. I gave it two stars instead of one because at least my order came with everything I ordered even though the quality was not good at all. Bad quality chili cheese Coney and bad execution on actually making it makes it completely not worth it.

The food is always good. I will say that we had excellent service on this visit, but it is not always the case. I do believe that has more to do with the type of customers that they receive there. I have seen customers being very disrespectful and demanding. So please go there and treat the staff right it affects all the staff and other customers when people act disrespectful. It also slows the speed of service down.

Order 2 separate orders and one was a kids meal. They charged me for a number 6 and then my son finds hair in his meal.I am not happy with them at all right now. The sad thing he repeated as a kids meal and told me I had to get a medium drink and tatter tots.This nasty and disgusting don’t go here.

Went here after getting blood work done. Asked for the 5-piece chicken tenders. I did ask for a large Dr Pepper and got a medium. I asked about it but it was marked as a medium. The car hop graciously told me he would exchange for me. I told it would be alright but he insisted on changing it. That matters for customer service, thanks guys.

This location is always a hit or miss. Either the order machine where you order, doesn’t work or you’re at the drive thru forever! This time around, I was crossing my fingers hoping it worked and I wouldn’t be there waiting without a response. It actually worked, I ordered and maybe there is new management because for once they got my order right and were quick at bringing it out, but man was my blizzard melted. Again, it’s a hit or miss. Good luck! Lol

I ordered through mobile to be picked up at 8:35 PM. I did not leave with my order until 9:10 PM. I only ordered their new tater tots and a slush. When I came home and unpacked the tots, I got what was in the picture. I waited nearly 40 minutes to receive that. I tried to understand the long wait I am not upset about that. However, how do you look at those tater tots and still give it to a customer? I’m honestly dumbfounded. The slush was also inedible. The contents were spilling over and there was way too much flavoring.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal and halfway through eating the sandwich I discovered the chicken was still raw in the middle. I took a photo because I’m pretty sure it shouldn’t look like that and then threw it out. Nothing has happened to me so far but this kind of stuff usually takes 24 hours so I might file a complaint if something does happen to me.
