Don’t eyeball my burnt (Cajun) coney dog… this one’s MINE!!! But you can get your own once it slips past quality control at the Manvel Sonic location. And don’t worry about the tots being too hot, these were cool to the touch! I said I’d like a large coke… and received a medium, but that’s just a cute lil game we play 😉

Seriously, they send out a burger missing everything that’s supposed to be on it, except for 2 pathetic pieces of bacon that you spend good money on. Only for it to be corrected and sent back out with a burnt nasty patty. Requested drinks with easy ice, not one came out with ice. You order ahead, yey the wait is still over 25 minutes for food. What’s the point of stopping by, Don’t even bother, stay away, go somewhere else, and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Yesterday June 2 @ 11:30am – 12pm. I literally paid and tipped 3$ extra at the drive thru window for a Carmel ice coffee The manager with glasses and the young white Lady who resembles Bhad Babies explained why it was raw coffee instead of Caramel. I came back and it tasted worse than the 1st 1 she made for me. I never went back because it clearly showed that the manager and staff doesn’t care what you ordered. They’ll make it their way as long as you can excuse yourself from their face and presence. I would not recommend this place for ANYTHING if they can’t even do the DRINKS the right way.

this happened on Mon. August 7th between 2 30 – 3pm. TERRIBLE customer service here. Do not go to this location. I never go to Sonic but when I went on drive tru I ordered the ” 3 piece only for $5.69″ dinner plate. It clearly states on the board the price for 3 piece only is $5.69. The guy on the intercom proceeded with saying that it comes with tater tots and drink… On the window they were charging me for the whole meal $10 and I specifically told the girl that I only wanted the 3 piece only plate that was $5.69 on the board. And the manager came out very rudely explaining that they were charging 90 cents bc of the signature drink… so from 5.69 it went to $10 bc of a strawberry limade drink… I tried to explain to him that I clearly only wanted the “3 piece only “…he then gave me the new total $5.69…. I check my bank account and they charged me the $10… when I tried to explain myself he ignored me and closed the window…… how rude..

Driving up you see a couple of broken ordering booths with chairs blocking cars from pulling in those spots. We pulled in one that was not blocked, but it did not work; the order take could not hear us, but kept trying. We finally pulled out of that slot and went through the drivethrough. We ordered and they did not give us the correct drinks, they switched them out and gave us our food. My husband’s food was cold and was edible, but not hot and fresh. My food was less impressive. I ordered a chicken fried steak sandwich and chili cheese tator tots. The tots were good, but the sandwich was horrible. It was also cold and the chicken fried steak was almost beef jerky quality.

Ordered 2 large chili cheese fries for my family to share. Guy brought out 2 tat or tots with chili and cheese. When we told him that’s not what we ordered, he insisted that we take the tots because otherwise he would have to make it all over again. He even told us if we didn’t take the tots, we would have to wait for them to be cooked. We asked him why we should take food that we didn’t order. He got very agitated and kept telling us to just take what he brought. When we told him we were ok with waiting and to please bring what we ordered, left with the tots. A lite bit later he came out with the Fries and a death stare if I had ever seen one. I accepted the chili cheese fries and thanked him for the order, he didn’t even acknowledge me and pretended like I was not there and walked off. Only giving this place 2 stars because he DID manage to walk the food out to our vehicle. This place is known for bad service and is complained about repeatedly on local social media. We will make it a point to drive further away to a better location when ordering from Sonic.

Burgers always dry and barely lukewarm. Habit of giving sweet tea when I ordered unsweetened tea. Have 2 turn around and go back.
