Literally just ordered a popcorn chicken with honey mustard…and received no honey mustard. No ketchup for my tots, and 1 measly napkin…to top this all off, I ordered a diet Dr Pepper with sugar free cherry syrup; it’s not the sugar free syrup. So thanks for making my dinner that was supposed to be enjoyable after a full day of driving awful.

If I could it would be no stars… on may 13th 2023 at 8:45 we went through drive thru and we there 10 mins and no one answered… pulled up to window and they are playing on there phone I had to honk to get there attention… and asked if I could older at the window than she took my older without righting it down and got it all wrong…. Worst place ever… and worst workers… but manger took care of it like he should and was polite by saying happy Mother’s Day so thank you to him

The food is ok at best. The service is leaving everything to be desired. They do not accept anything larger than a $20 although it isn’t posted. The last time I used their restrooms the water was scalding hot. Whoever owns the Sonic on 16th street should take over this one.
