Just left Sonic on 11th. Service poor. Food was terrible. They don’t heat buns up. It took at least 5 minutes for someone to take my order. An they forgot my chicken sandwich. When I tell her, it comes out cold. Never will I return to that place

I ordered two drinks through the app and checked in at the stall. The board recognized I was there and told me welcome. After about eight minutes, the board gave me the name of the car hop that would deliver but she never showed up. I waited another ten to twelve minutes before pushing the button to get help. They wouldn’t respond at all. After more than a half hour waiting for a limeade and a coke I left. They took the money and tip but never provided the drinks. That will be the last money sonic gets from me and I intend to tell my coworkers to avoid this location as well.

Had to wait for 45 minutes 3drinks .. was brought the wrong order 2 times, finally got the the management to come out & asked what did we order. & I guess he made our order. 2 out of the three drinks were correct, but I wasn’t going back just fory drink. Luckily I had packed myself a small ice chest of water.
