Waited 35 minutes for 5 slushes (off-peak hours) – not an exaggeration. The service was so terrible, I can’t believe they’d hire on such arrogant people. Our red button push was met with a rude “whatchu want,” and the employee neglected to send our order out in a reasonable time. Even when I ordered on the app 10 minutes beforehand! There was one employee who was carrying their weight, but unfortunately can’t remember her name. You won’t catch me back at this Sonic – 0 stars if I could.

Ordered the new strawberry shortcake slush float. Was given strawberry shake with added charge for shortcake. No idea what that means. Told them that’s not what we ordered and they wanted to argue that that’s what the recipient said. After repeated they got our correct drink. However we had to ask for straws and spoons and for our recipient. Was charged for shakes not the new slush floats. Don’t bother ordering from this sonic. Avoid it if you want correct orders and if you want to avoid arguing to get what you ordered.

Ok I usually will just walk away from poor service, but this was over the top. Purchased a large onion ring ($4.64), paid with my CC at the car booth. Car hop brought me the onion rings and told me that it was $3.13, told her that i had already paid even saw the notification go though my USAA app. She said it didn’t go through. I was getting ready to look at my phone and she said its the wrong ticket anyway and gave me the bag. So i assumed the order was right and the ticket was wrong. Well after eating four onion rings and noticing i only had one left. I looked at the bag receipt and it said small. So i turned around went to the window and the lady apologized and said, “you’re the one with the large onion rings”, i said yes. She said the car hop had switched the bags and that she apologized. I said ok, she said do you want another order or a refund i said just refund. Well the GM came and told me he needed the food back and my CC for a full refund, i told him i ate the food and was not asking for a full refund, just wanted the difference of what i paid for, he started overtalking me and said that it was just .64 and that he was the GM and he didn’t need to short me my lil change. And started asking people for .64, i told him do you think it’s .64 he said yes, simple math (4.64 – 3.13 = ?). (And YOU are the GM? No wonder things are out of hand. Your customer service is way below standards your attitude to being wrong and example to your employees is why the establishment all mirror your attitude. And there was NEVER an apology from YOU and your flamboyant attitude. But you did try to deflect the situation on your customer who had done nothing wrong, but paid for a service and received less than what he paid for only to be blamed and ridiculed for asking for the service or correcting the mistake you had made. And HELL yes, why would i not want my LIL $1.51 back for a service that i didnt get! You really need to check your CS and not bring the attitude to an establishment where people just want what they paid for!

I would leave 0 star review if it was an option. There are a handful of stalls and 3 do not work. Waited 20 minutes in a stall for an app order. Ended up going to drive thru to be told they would be with us shortly that they were really backed up with orders. Waited another 20 minutes in drive thru. For 3 drinks!!! Lucky for us we had time to kill. Never again! Do better!!!

Worst service ever. Waited 30 min for a drink. Called twice and they said it would be out right away. Walked up to kitchen. Didn’t have order. Made it then and it was wrong. Do better. This place is the worst in town. Three chances and they struck out every time.

Put you on hold on the stalls. Don’t come back. 20 mins go by. You hear other orders being taken. Go through drive thru, and put on hold again. Took business elsewhere.

Gave this sonic another try after they got a 95/A from city, still disgustingly greasy burger and overcooked fries/ old fries being served. Take the time to go to the one near Walgreens instead.
