Is Easy ice really that hard? I understand auto pilot and forgetting, but when you go back and literally just bring me the exact same soda with the same amount of ice and run away as fast as you can, it’s offensive to both of us. Really disappointing. If you can’t handle customer service you shouldn’t be in the field, Erick. Customers aren’t stupid, we just don’t come to have an argument. Probably not coming to this Sonic again. Last time I had to ask repeatedly for my ordered and paid for sauces and didn’t even get the right drink.

Was very disappointed with the food I purchased. Called back and was told I needed a receipt to get it replaced. I did not receive a receipt after I tipped the carhop. I went back and was ready to complain. A worker remembered me being there less than 30 minutes earlier and I brought back the food I was given. He found my purchase order and replaced it, then even tried to give me a tip. He is not part of the management staff but he should be. Hats off to this gentleman. He just saved this Sonic location a customer.

Love the new Sonic app.. Half-price drinks anytime you order thru the app. Have plenty of staff around doing what? Idk.. our carhop Jackson seems like an extremely hard worker running back and forth delivering orders with a smile on his face the whole time. We decided the app and Jackson are what earned this Sonic the 5 stars.
