Doesn’t take the mobile app, cannot pay with card from menu and long wait times. Building looks like it’s growing mold, the drive up signs are not maintained and there’s usually just 1 or 2 people working here…. This used to be my favorite Sonic and among my favorite places in Boerne. I sadly took down my glowing review from 2 years ago. What happened???

We ordered 3 grilled cheese double burgers and tots last Friday 6/9/23. When we got home to eat one of the burgers didn’t have any meat. Since then I have tried calling Sonic three times no answer (phone just rings and rings to no end), tried calling the managing partner and left voicemails- no response. Called Sonic Headquarters twice and the second time they guaranteed that someone from the store would call me (6/12/23) within 48 hours and still no response. Worst customer service ever!!!!

Very very Rude place!!! You can’t get service let alone Good food… Bathroom is disgusting!!!! Everything so broken down… Tonight your employees tried to charge over five dollars for a route 44 lemonade??? I drove off after waiting 20 minutes for terrible service and a overpriced drink..I could buy a whole meal at that drink price somewhere else..So I did!!!! I got a better deal and meal??? I seriously give up on this disrespectful disgusting place!!! A Sit down restaurants give faster better service than this so called fast food

If I were smarter I would have given up a long time ago on this place and stopped wasting my time. Most often I end up sitting in the drive-thru for 10 minutes before giving up and going elsewhere since it hasn’t even moved one car length in that time. Occasionally I’ve actually made it to the speaker post only to be informed of some other issue that renders them unable to complete my order, cash only, system down, can’t take orders, no ice, etc. On very rare occasions I’ve made it through with success but only after a lengthy delay unlike the few minutes it typically takes at every other Sonic location. If you go here, prepare to be disappointed. Also, the employees appear they may be suffering from heat exhaustion but like I said I’m clearly not smart so, definitely not a doctor.

This location once again provided a horrible guest experience. Their intercoms not working caused us time and frustration. We tried several intercoms also. We didn’t get all the food we were charged for. The fries were disgusting. This is a picture of their steak grilled cheese, nothing like the picture. I spent over $30. I should have checked the order before we left but after 20+ minutes we just wanted out of there. What’s happened to Sonics quality? Customer service? This location is heading the way of the Bandera Texas location!!!!

I usually really love Sonic milkshakes and we did have milkshakes that were only okay by my past experience ls with Sonic. The service was slow, but I think that was due to lack of servers. The absolute killer for this Sonic is the bathrooms. While having our shakes, my wife made the horrible mistake of going to the Sonic bathroom. Upon opening the bathroom the stench and fifth was so bad she couldn’t enter. We couldn’t finish our shakes wondering if the rest of the restaurant was as clean as the bathrooms. Wonder if this is a common problem?

If you only have the drive-thru open put some signs up or turn off the check in for the stalls. Got here ordered at one of the stalls on my phone and waited almost 20 mins. When I clicked the call button the girl was rude. Now I’m waiting in the drive-thru and I bet my food is going to be cold. Never coming back to this one.

Besides the 45-minute drive through weight with just two cars ahead of us. Oh by the way expected at this location. Seems kind of odd to me especially when half the time they’re not busy but yet you still end up waiting forever. However the point of this is you offer on your menu the chili cheese Coney Dog listed at $2.59. I made it very clear three separate times to the lady taking my order since she had to ask me three times. Chili cheese Coney dogs the one on the value menu I even informed that you have it listed at $2.59. Instead they rang me up for the larger dogs which came to almost $14. Manager tells me it was a promotion they’re not running anymore. Since he was lying I was like whater ill pay this time n just won’t go back.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a Reese’s blast and on the way home I was eating it and found plastic from the cup in my ice cream. And then noticed the stickers on the side of my cup. When I removed the stickers found a hole in my cup. So instead of these people making a new one they gave me it with pieces of my cup mixed in with my ice cream. You can see the blue mixed in the ice cream.
