Food decent at best. Order placed at 6:13 pm, app said 5-7 minutes. Arrived and checked in at 6:22 pm. Expected order to be right out as I was a bit late. 6:30 no order, hit red button, “be right out”, 6:40 no order, Red Button again, “it is just about ready”. I replied, “send your manager out”. “SHELTY” came out with a monotone insincere apology. I asked that she go in and credit the order 100% for the unbelievable experience. She advised me that she couldn’t do that but I could through the app.

I was working in the heat as I do every day but I stopped in at Sonic on the way home and was given Heaven in a cup. Those drinks are the best! They cool you off and satisfy your taste buds. I highly suggest you visit Sonics on Bandera in Helotes.

Ordered a Coney foot long with mustard only, got home and it was a chili cheese tots order in the sleeve. No dog, no bun. Called the store and they told me to come back and they would fix it. Confirmed Coney with mustard only. Went back, and they tried to give me a chili cheese Coney. Never ever again!
