Every time we visit this location they always mess up our order. We’ve been coming here for the last year because it’s close to our home. As usually today we went to get a late lunch for our family and they forgot a food item which is typical. When I called to speak to the manager he was unapologetic and didn’t even give me his name. You guys really need to get it together and serve people they way other Sonic’s serve them. You’re sub par and you need to get on the same levels as everyone else.

The last 2 times we’ve stopped at this Sonic we’ve had issues. First, they let us order soft pretzels with cheese and didn’t tell us they are out of cheese until after we pay.

This last time I went I only ordered a Route 44 Cherry Limeade. Just one item. This place is very good about sending out items that are simple to make. This time though, I had to wait 5 minutes for my drink. It was barely 10 in the morning and there were only 2 cars at the drive thru and myself at the stall. When I called them to cancel my order because it had not been brought out to me. The person at the other end said the carhop was going out with my drink.

Had to return sweet tea drinks several times and they tasted days old and they kept saying it was replaced. I felt as if they kept saying they did replace them but in fact they were just taking them away to return the exact same ones to me. Several attempts lost 45 minutes in process of replacing them to still taste the same. Nasty service!

On receipt it shows the name Courtney, but didn’t appreciate her attitude thru the drive thru! If you were not ready to take the order could have asked to wait instead of ignoring us after saying hello! And if that shirt meants youre a manager you don’t deserve it. Work on your attitude your car hopper had a better attitude than yours

Unprofessional service and don’t know how to talk to customers at all. We came for a chocolate Oreo shake and end up just a regular Oreo shake. When we pull up to show the worker our shake. And just argue that he made it right. After the argument he finally just made us another shake. A big difference between the two. Never coming back to this Sonic anymore if y’alls employees don’t know how to talk to customers.

Every time. I come and order the same thing almost every time and EVERY SINGLE TIME it is wrong. A supersonic breakfast burrito. Eggs, cheese, onions, tomato, jalapeño, sausage and tots. This time I got lettuce(?), egg and sausage…? All they have to do is look at their own menu? I don’t understand why it is so hard. I don’t recommend this place. Or sonic in general, honestly. The other locations do the same thing. I’m done trying with this place. Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else.

Now I remember why I haven’t been there in a long time. Told them what I wanted on the burger. They got it wrong. Asked for tots. I received a medium order….they did not ask what size. Gave the girl cash. She had to go back inside to figure out how much change to give. I asked her why she had to go inside. She said she wasn’t good at math. Order was $8.22 I gave her a $10. Wow!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! i pulled into stall. pressed button to order. and they would answer(say nothing just heard background noise) and just turn off. i pressed it 3 TIMES! so i tried the drive thru. sat there for 5 minutes and still nothing.
