This is absolutely the worst fast food establishment. Not only will they forget about you in the drive thru line, to the point after waiting 10 minutes and having to go back around to finally being acknowledged again, then they will try to argue with you about their own bundle deal. I ordered their featured meal that comes with tots or fries. I received only the burger. When I told them they were missing the tots they then tried to charge me again for just the tots. I showed them on their own app that it was included and they still did not believe me. So they reran the order including the tots and shocker the price did not change. They apparently assumed I was trying to pull a fast one for free tots even thou again I showed them the deal multiple times. They need some training because for even I can only assume was the shift leader, doesn’t have knowledge about the deals it causes poor customer service all around. The whole ordeal from being ignored on the speaker to the argument over tots I was in line for over 45 minutes. I can only imagine how many customers were left with half their orders because of this incompetents. This location is an absolute joke

The ordering process at this location is terrible because the employees can never hear the order and all of the screens are broken so you aren’t sure what’s being put in. You also can’t add tips because the screens are broken. Employees here are generally nice. Too bad for them the owner is too cheap to repair equipment that would help them make more money.

My daughter’s Apple AirPods went missing at Brandeis high school. It appeared at this Sonic location. When I asked the manager, she checked inside and said it is not there and asked me to leave. The AirPods were still there and even got connected to my phone. When I didn’t leave, she called the cops. When the cop arrived, I tried explaining the scenario. But, he also didn’t listen to me and asked me to leave. What should I do? Any suggestions?

I ordered a oreo espresso shake. I tried drinking it and it was disgusting I gagged. I tried to get something else and only got a medium shake. Went home the bottom of the shake was just brew. They never mixed it together. I lost money I never asked for refund just to change it for something else because they made it wrong.
