This morning I came thru drive thru and and order a double burger for 3.99 and sign say with tots. My order came back and it was just burnt burger with no tots. I asked the guy why he said cause I didn’t ask for them. And wanted to charge me extra for tots. I said your sign says with tots, not ask or beg for tots. So returned the burger it burnt anyway, and he wanted to take away the water from hand. I said charge me for that. So it was red head beard guy who was very rude. It will be nice if his general manager can get back to me.

They covered up the windows in the drive through and aren’t actually making orders. They’ll take your order then not answer the drive thru window until you drive off. When you drive around you can see their just sitting inside on their phones. Corporate should just close the store if they’re going be ruining their image with awful workers.

I went around and a lady came out the front door I asked if she could give me her managers name to leave a review and she would not give me a name. I then asked her name she would not give it to me. Then Scott came out i told him just wanted his managers name to include in my review then he asked me to move out the way. I said just let me have ur name then and ill leave so he did.

just go to a different sonic ! last night at 10 i ordered food & waited for almost 10 minutes just to pay , they have the windows covered up ( which in sure isnt legal) and NONE of my food was correct. my slushie wasnt the right size , there was no chili on my CHILI cheese tots ? no sauce on the burger and i was also still charged for a large slushie. just go to whataburger :/

There is an option of over 15 restaurants in the small 3 block area. Why waste your time a Sonic. Food was very cold. Took 25 minutes at 630 pm. Employees have no desire to work. Management needs to be fired. They are the cancer not the workers

Ok. It’s a Sonic. The food here is pretty much the same as any other Sonic. What makes this one unique is they have an indoor dining room. Kind of nice when you don’t want to eat in your car, and it isn’t nice enough to sit outside.
