We have gone there twice now and they have had very rude people taking our order, and the food they give us is not the food we ordered they gave us so much extra food that we did not order and made us pay for all of which did not include what we ordered! Don’t ask for extra cherries in your limeade. They will charge you , and thn they will only put one. We thought maybe it was a mistake but we tried it a couple times, they charge you but don’t deliver the service.

Got to sonic at 8.15 , we pulled in drive thru , the speaker yell’s out ( we don’t sell pizza I Said ) , I said what , they yelled pull up , get to window , had a call in order ,3 special’s double , meat , cheese burgers and tots , I asked can we get lettuce, tomato, they said rudely that’s extra , I paid with a $100.oo bill took them awhile they pushed burgers out window said here! I said where are tots they said you should have said so so rude ly SO no tip , tip from me drive 10 more miles get more food , nicer people , they need to fire all the head people at Aransas sonic , they are loud , rude , I work at Kiewit I will put Sonics Name do not eat there , 5000 will see , so owner get off your APP.!!!!!

Sonic Blasts in the afternoon on weekdays have been disappointing lately. It’s frustrating to get all of the add-ins piled on top; then have a large cup full of plain vanilla ice cream. I wish the importance of properly mixing would be reiterated with the evening employees. I’m sure they’re in a hurry, but if they’re not going to do it right, might as well not be doing it at all ‍♀️

Absolutely terrible service my order was very rushed, I couldn’t even finish my sentence. Instead of Jennifer saying anything else rudely how about maybe if you need another second I’m here whenever you’re ready or suggesting something that might sound good. They couldn’t be bothered to double check the order, and make sure it was correct, so people don’t have to get home and worry about not having the correct order. All but one of the employees roll their eyes. Honestly why I don’t come to this sonic I’d much rather go to Portland or in to corpus to get better service than I received today. I wouldn’t recommend this sonic to anyone. I couldn’t even get another bag for my box that holds the large chili cheese tots. And why are they holding the condiments hostage? Like two marinara, for a large order of mozzarella sticks.
