This was the worst meal ever from Sonic. The meat was all dried out and old.. fries were old. Kid read my items back and I corrected him on one item and he said he would go get that fixed. He returned the exact thing I told him was wrong, Shame on me for not checking. Thats ok wont be going back.. Sad for 50 dollars you cant even get decent fast food anymore.

Horrible customer service. While ordering the food you could barely understand the girl on the speaker, we had to repeat our order 3 different times. Then, not only did we waited a while for our food, but when we received it the girl who delivered it was rude. We had asked for ranch and marinara and we did not get any, when we told the girl she just looked at me and seemed bothered by the request. We understand they’re on a hurry and busy,but their attitude and rudness was unnecessary. Customer service is everything!!
