This by far is the worst location I’ve been too yet!! My food came out cold and my tots looked soaked in grease. I went back to the location and asked to speak with a manager thinking it wouldn’t be an issue to have my order made over, especially if you just looked my food it explained itself. The manager Sarah went back and forward with me on how the food was fresh. She said she would make my order over and she did but she basically took my OLD order and reheated. Customers can tell what their previous food looked like before we hand it over. I order chicken strips and tots. They dropped the same chicken strips and tots back into the grease and gave me my same old order back. I only been to this location three times and all three times my food hasn’t been fresh. Horrible management.

Going here is like landing on a planet ran by people with a collective sub 35 IQ. This entire establishment, and almost every Sonic establishment, could’ve been the set and plot of the movie “Idiocracy”. I avoid Sonic as much as humanely possible. Only go to one if someone else wants it for whatever reason

It took 20 minutes for 3 drinks…..$13.41 for drinks at that! One slush was missing nerds. The worker took the slush back, dumped a bunch of nerds on top and brought it back. I was now running late for an appointment so we left trusting it was correct. IT WAS HORRIBLE. It tasted sour. I don’t like to send food back. I don’t trust it. A strawberry limeade slush NEVER tasted this bad !

Consistently inconsistent food, quality, and service. Some more rural sonics are actually pretty darn tasty, so I know there is potential. But this location, along with many others in the area, are super hit or more. Anywhere from acceptable to toss it in the trash.

I was traveling in the area and stopped for drinks. We ordered 3 drinks. The total was $13.41….for 3 drinks. My drink was the strawberry limeade slush with nerds. They forgot the nerds. The employee took the slush back to correct it. Instead of remaking it, they dumped a bunch of nerds on top and gave it back to me. This slush NEVER tasted so bad! It tasted sour! It makes me so uncomfortable when food is taken back to be ‘fixed’. Between past experiences and TikTok stories….I just wonder .

I ordered using the app while already at a station. They were SUPER busy! From the time I placed my order to time I received it was 20 minutes. I knew it would take time to get in the system and then get to the kitchen. The gentleman that brought out my order was kind and brought out items I was missing very quickly. A+

I’m a delivery driver and I had been to this place 3 times for pick up. Not one time was success! They were extremely slow responsive no matter there was busy or not. When you first push the red button for service, several minutes later a voice will usually sound “I’ll be right with you”. This is the most disgusting response that I’ve ever heard meaning he will ignore you for a while! I just didn’t understand. If you were able to say this, at least you need to identify whether it was a pick up or a new order first rather than keep us waiting. Usually after more than ten minutes, there would not be any response and I would drove away.

Found one of the only places open on 4th of July open until 11, and saw others parked in stalls getting their food and sat there from 10:15 – 10:37 with our little red sonic dot saying they were about to take our order. Dot turns off without our order and we see people going through the drive through, and we can’t catch the one person bringing everyone food to ask what’s going on, so we go through the drive through. We pull up and get told they are only making drinks and the kitchen is closed. Had to get upset with them and pull around to the window to even get a manager to speak with us and take our order because apparently ‘the buttons are broken’ on the lane we were on and no one told us while seeing us parked right outside their door in a huge blue truck.

Tater tots were cold and yellow, almost raw. The toppings were swapped on our burgers (ketchup no tomatoes got tomatoes, while add jalapeno & bacon got no tomatoes and one single solitary slice of jalapeno). The crispy chicken sandwich was almost as mushy as the tots. No straws were given for our 3 shakes. This is after a ~30 minutes wait from placing our order, and that was after about 15 minutes of fighting with useless, generic errors in the app before it would even show me my cart and over 7 minutes on the phone with some foreigner in a call center who doesn’t understand that email addresses have “@” in them. Once it finally me get to my cart, the app charged me – TWICE – but never sent the order to the store and showed me errors both times. Call center lied and said one of the charges was declined (even though my CC issuer tells me about both declines and approvals, and this one was an approval). Call center also tried to convince me that reinstalling their broken app would magically fix it (no thanks, I’d rather uninstall).

One star is too high for this Sonic. Ordered through the app, waited 45 minutes for my food and still nothing. I then proceeded to push the button and after 15 minutes, no answered. I just left, even after paying for my food. Long story short — I won’t be returning. Safe yourself, drive to the Hutto Sonic instead.
