Had great meals here. Their blasts and shakes are a different story. Super stingy when it comes to the toppings. Recently got an Oreo blast with maybe a few crumbles of Oreo and it wasn’t even blended in. It’s a consistent issue and disappointing. The blasts have so few toppings blended in. Sadly, it isn’t noticed until you’re halfway in, and it’s mostly just plain vanilla soft serve. You’re better off going to Andy’s across the street for a satisfying frosty treat.

I’ve enjoyed the convenience of ordering through the app for rapid pickup…until recently. Three times in a row the app gave issues, causing inconvenience. Ar AW Grimes, they are quick to offer excuses (“our app isn’t working due to supply chain issues”) but not once have they offered compensation. By comparison, Taco Bell and Dairy Queen threw in something small as gratis when their error caused us trouble. Goodbye AW Grimes Sonic! Your competitors win our business.

Service was ok…when the person over the loudspeaker just asks is that all, Hmmmm maybe I’ll start going to a different location. The car hop was super fast and extremely friendly amd helpful! Bathroom was another story…water still on the floor, I feel sorry for anyone having to actually use the toilet to sit…their clothing will get as wet as can be….and that air vent inside the bathroom is nastier than a dirt ball rolled in dust.
