Very disappointed since this a brand new restaurant. I got the sonic double cheese burger with onion rings. The meat was overcooked. The meat didn’t taste fresh, more stale. Might be the byproduct of overcooking. Probably the worst burger I’ve had in years.

went through the drive thru with two separate orders. once we had ordered i had requested to add one more thing at the speaker and got no response for 5 minutes after saying hello multiple times. once we arrived at the window, the worker handed me the wrong food after we had paid. she told me that there was not a refund available and then after saying we could keep it she asked for the food back. she then proceeded to say it was our fault that the order was messed up and no refund could happen until the manager showed up – not for another 20 minutes. they just stared at us when we asked to get our correct food. extremely rude, not willing to help and once they gave us our “correct food” it was still wrong. don’t go to this sonic lol

Check your order before leaving!!! Went there when they first opened and ordered a breakfast burrito…when I got home I realized they forgot my other two breakfast sandwiches and they put CHILI on my breakfast burrito. Thought I would give them a second chance. Repeated my order 3 times over the intercom as they can’t seem to hear or get anything right. When I got to the window, checked my order and half of it was missing once again. Definitely won’t be spending my $ there any longer. They are also pretty rude at the window too.

Was in the area that had a horrible entrance to it or you get hit leaving or you can get hit coming in. Very bad entrance area. Also when I ask them to main me a route 44 cherry limeade with mango and Orange they missed the whole thing up didn’t even add cherries with it and just look like a damn Tea when it came out to me with hardly any of that good Sonic. The place is more in a ghetto than it is an area where you want to be eating your food

Nice new facility – staff very friendly but each time we’ve placed an online order, they don’t begin preparing until the chosen p/u. 1st time part of the order was missing, 2nd time requested condiments not included.
