After waiting 30 minutes I received cold food and the wrong drink. I tried to call the number online to chat with a manager, the phone was “busy” for the entire 45 minutes I tried calling back. I’m assuming they pull the phone off of the hook to avoid the amount of complaints I assume they receive. I am not convinced a single adult works at this location. This was more than just an off night. This happens just about every time I come to this sonic. From now on I am just going to drive to the new sonic on 2219. I recommend you do the same for your sanity.

Waited in line behind two cars ( they had 6 total customers) for 31 minutes. Ordered a cheeseburger with mustard and veggies. I recieved a hamburger with mustard no veggies at all! Its always sooo slow here!! Went last week and waited 45 minutes at 3 in the afternoon.

I ordered a shake and nothing else. 15 minutes later she finally brings it out. It was melted! It was so melted the whipped cream was almost gone and the cherry was sinking fast. I asked if she could please bring me one that wasn’t melted. Literally 30 seconds after she walks inside with it, another girl comes out and hand me the exact same shake. The only difference was they had put fresh whipped cream on it. After another 5 minutes the manager comes out with a decent shake. She apologized for the “inconvenience” and handed me a coupon for a free cherry lime. Wow. Not impressed. I will not be visiting the Sonic in Canyon anytime soon.
