Sat here after ordering food for almost a hour with literally only 2 other cars present only to watch one of the boys that works there take a slurp of a slushie, put a lid on it put it on a tray and try to bring it to us with part of my order…. Absolutely never going here again. Do better sonic

Sonic has a huge problem with food app orders. I have experienced this before, even in other states. I made a simple order at 3 in the afternoon–not a busy time, and it took them 35 minutes to prepare the order. There is no plausible explanation for that. The delivery folks waste their time waiting for the orders and the customers get annoyed. Invest in the technology!!

Was the only one there and waited forever and got a tiny ultimate burrito that’s didn’t even have sausage in it very lil egg mushy tots old tomatos and tortilla was only 1/2 full…it went straight to the trash with fears it had around a while before I ordered . The jr burger plan and dry seemed to be fresh.

I ordered a root beer float and the car hop brought it out to me with the wrong lid. It was to small. So I took it to him he said I can put it on he struggled with it, had his finger in it, spilIed it. I suggested he put it in a bigger. Cup. Finally the manager took it and they put a flat lid on it. She wiped it off the best she could and handed it back. Sonic you got to do better.

I wish I can add a video instead of just a picture. We came here at 9:00pm only ordered two meals and we still have not received it. It’s currently 9:53pm. Not only that I took a video because you can see right through the window and no one is wearing gloves, hair net, and they keep putting their hands in there mouth nose and face. I will be back in the morning to speak to a manager because the night manager obviously dont care.

This place has gone down hill over the past few months. Not sure what is going on, but they need help. Not only is the waiting ridiculous so is the food. It can’t even be made correctly for a basic order. I will happily drive 8-10 miles to another Sonic because this one is definitely unable to deliver customer service or good food. You would think it would be fresh and hot if you are the only vehicle waiting. Not worth my time or money.

I don’t think they bother to read the orders when they come in. I asked for NO BACON, MAYO OR KETCHUP. My order arrived with all 3. And the food was cold. What’s the damned point?
