The gentleman who answered the speaker cut me off mid sentence. Answered rudely saying my order was on the way and then the manager just so happened to bring my order out and I was trying to explain to him that the guy was rude and he said no he’s not rude he’s busy. And handed me my drinks so fast and walked away while I was talking.

Station #12 was locked on previous customer payout, it wouldn’t change after pressing Red Button, CAR HOP WAS RUDE & said we didn’t press Red Botton . This was in Denver City, Texas 79323 around 5:15 pm. Thank you , otherwise Sonic Drive-In is an Awesome place to eat, great food, but we can’t help at if there are a few to many Rookies ,Plus, Customer is always RIGHT in The good USA, I don’t know about Old Mexico.

The incompetent skid marks that run this place charged me money for my food, failed to deliver, and when I returned to get what I had PAYED for, the skinny old man in cowboy boots told me they couldn’t do that. Then left without another word. I was reasonable at first by not yelling at the overworked kid who answered the phone, but I will not return here ever again.

Ordered food for me and my wife, very windy the young lady who took our order was amazing, very polite and professional. Got everything correct which never happens at a sonic. We ordered on the app to save time and money. When we checked in on the app, everything seemed to be ok. Unfortunately, it took 30 minutes to get our 4 drinks and medium fries out to us. When they did, they informed us that their ice cream machine was down and we would need to substitute something for an item we ordered. The fries were tepid and the drinks were messy.

This is the worst sonic I’ve ever been to in my life. Apparently we got the same rude a** lady taking our order that other reviews talk about. She was rude, wouldn’t give us time to finish ordering, didn’t even let my wife finish ordering her food. Then after waiting over 20 minutes our order was still wrong and she tried to make us pay again even though we had already paid with a card. Not only is it extremely ridiculous that we had to put up with that service its even more ridiculous that the owners do nothing to fix the problem when nearly every single review for the past couple of months is the same. Will never come to this sonic again.

This is the worst sonic I had ever been to. We got here 30 minutes before closing time. Got our order completely wrong. We spent bout 40 dollars here.. Forgot our kid’s meal and we paid for it. We also order mozzarella sticks and those wasn’t cooked properly. We called back so see if they could replace our order or give us a refund. We spoke to someone. They said there was nothing that could be done, but they could take our name and a manager will calls us back the following day. We still no call back
