My family and I chose to eat here for dinner and had a pretty big order. The food was out very quick, was all right and tasted delicious and fresh. I had to split payment, and the manager and car hop was very helpful, extremely friendly and outgoing. They made us feel welcome and not like a burden. These two have made this sonic my new go to. I really appreciate great customer service, and they had it!

Ordered chili dog, hot dog with mustard and chocolate shake. Order came only had chili dog and drink. Person went back to get hot dog. Got hot dog and just as person that brought it walked away I discovered I had soft drink no shake.

Cant really give an atmosphere rating being a drive in. The food was good. Service was prompt and friendly. Using the app is still the best way to go to Sonic. Just check bags before you leave.

Typical Sonic with a 5 minute wait for my food. Burger was good but I had to restack it. Tots needed to be cooked longer. Carhop was pretty robotic.

I had order two foot long coneys it was burned the car hop Haley came and and looked and said she get fresh one made while I wait for my fresh order, manager on duty came out offer free drink while I wait and car hop Haley was super customer service!!!! Both awesome customer care!!!!

For me, the best sonic in Lubbock. I order an Ultimate Burrito with extra tomatoes and a drink at least 4 times a week on the app. It’s ready when I get there and right every time and and the size is always the same. Other Sonics are consistently either small or wrong. The car hops are always courteous and friendly.

Worst sonic ever. I stopped in to get me and my wife supper. There was a long hair in my wife’s burger. I got ahold of the manager via messenger and he offered to replace everything. He made a slip in his reply and offered to replace our order or he could give me a girl card. I joked that I was married and didn’t need a girl the order replacement would be fine. He cut off all communication. This was after he stated he would replace the order. I tried getting ahold through Facebook, but I was blocked when I mentioned it.I was hung up on when I called about it, I tried other sonics and was immediately blocked when I mentioned the situation. Finally after 8 months, corporate contacted me after I said I would take to social media to tell everyone about their treatment of this. I was asked questions and spent many hours replying to endless emails, then all communication was stopped. I sent several more emails but none were answered. Corporate also said they would replace my order but needed details. I am still out of my original expense for the food and have over 40 hours in so far trying to resolve this. All I wanted was our uneaten order replaced. After a week of it being in the refrigerator, I finally threw it out. I was going to return it when I went in for the replacement. I have spent a lot of time, effort, and energy trying to get my order replaced. I shall keep on trying till it is replaced and I’m reimbursed for all the time I have spent. I will keep on telling everyone about my experience with Lubbock sonics.
