They take way to long to respond to the button. An when it says they are delivering your food it still takes them 5 mins or longer to get it to you. When you have a 30 min lunch it’s ridiculous on how long it takes an then you don’t have time to eat.

I have never had so much trouble ordering. Sonic in Big Spring always gets the order wrong, ads things to my order, doesn’t have “featured” items, overcharges…. I don’t know why I go back. Also, too much ice in drinks, even when I order “easy ice”, the cup is full of ice. 3 sips and the drink is gone

WAY too much seasoning on the food. Takes forever for the food to come out. Condiments are never offered, I ordered a #7 with chili cheese tots and had a dab of chili and cheese on them, while the order was correct, I was very displeased with the presentation of the food as well as the taste.

My biggest complaint is ordering ahead through the mobile app to be ready for pick up & still end up having to wait another 10 mins for food that looks not only thrown together, but is lukewarm on the brink of cold. It’s like my order was waiting to be delivered in that extra 10 mins. This happens practically every time that the stall shows order is on its way, but still end up waiting longer for the carhop to actually deliver.

This Sonic the last few times I’ve ordered has been consistent on the sweet tea and hot and fresh food. The young lady who is the carhop seems to be the only one working there or maybe I just get lucky enough to have her bring our order out every time. She is on the double anything you need she’ll get it for you. Very good service, food and appearance of the restaurant. Nice job!

Food is consistent with Sonic food. But both these Sonics are the least sonic Sonics I’ve ever been to. And at least in my experience they CANNOT get a food order right, add drink orders now. Might been a bad night 4/27/23 but having a bit of a attitude when the order is all drinks and wrong 3 times is n ot good
