My boyfriend and I go get drinks here every so often and even leave a tip . I’ve never had problems with anything I ordered from here but tonight I complained that my blast was super thick and was way more icecream then what I ordered even adding extra fudge . So when I explain and let them know nicely they had me wait for them to just come back and say that it’s supposed to be like that and if I wanted another one I’d have to order it with extra. I explained I come all the time and I never have an issue. He said people make mistakes. He was the manager ,Ismael, and didn’t want to fix his mistakes with me . I’ve never had a manager flat out just not care about his customers.

If I could give no stars 0 stars I would I had placed am order via doordash and the order was placed and I didn’t receive either one of my only ketchup hot dogs , Not to mention Both of my sweet teas where sour and gross , fries where cold, one of the burgers that we paid extra to have jalapeños on didn’t have any and had to call the dasher said he would bring our hotdogs to us and they where Still wrong they had mustard. Like I don’t understand how many times you can mess up on an order when the recipt is right in front of you stating word for word what someone has put hoping the order would be right like if I would have know it was going to be this bad I would have ate Ramen tonight!

Placed an order on my sonic app and I don’t know who’s working tonight but OMG best burger I’ve had from sonic in years! It was fresh, hot and most importantly listened to my custom request. I’ve had so many disappointing experiences at different sonics that this time I had to give a review and say thank you to the employees that worked tonight. There was this ghetto chick employee, off behind the building smoking a cigarette and cussing out somebody on the phone talking about when she gets home she doesn’t want to talk to anybody or see anybody. Come on lady keep your personal problems at the door when you walk into your workplace. The other lady that brought her food out I was kind and professional and very appreciative of the tip I gave her. We ordered the cheddar jalapeño poppers and they are delicious! Also for the price, they fill up the order for you! We came during happy hour and the medium drink that we ordered looks like it could be an extra large! Awesome!
