I wish I could give this place zero stars. How was it that I waited half an hour for my mobile order that never came out. Finally got an employee that was bringing out food to customers that arrived after us. No apology & still had to wait for someone to come on the stall speaker asking if they could help us as if I hadn’t checked in at the stall half an hour ago. Again no apology or explanation. At least they were quick to say they’d refund my money.

When we got to the drive thru we were asked it’s a 10 minute wait so you still want to wait? Never had a fast food asked this before. So we said yes we had already waited about 20 minutes. Once we get out food the cheese was not even melted on the hotdog. The hotdog was cold. Waited about 45 minutes in the drive thru to get cold food.

Super slow service Sunday morning 7/30, so I’m told no cranberry juice as in they don’t carry at all lol, had to be a newbie, then I’m handed the wrong drink, train your staff better ,management, or lack their of, horrible service. Drive thru shouldn’t take 15min.

Placed an online order ahead by 10 minutes. Waited for 15 minutes. Asked about our order and were basically ignored. 30 minutes later still no drinks. 50 minutes after our order was placed we were brought two melted drinks.

Don’t go here! This is the worst Sonic ever! The two times I’ve tried them they’ve ruined my order. First a burnt corn dog and over cooked fries, the 2nd time I ordered a queso burger, they gave me a cheese burger with lettuce and a tomato, then threw some hatch chillies on it. The kids meal was over cooked too. When you call the number on the receipt, to speak to a manager, no one answers, ever! If I could give less than 1 star I would. The drive through attendants spoke nice, but the cooks must not know the menu.
