At this location it happens quite often that I put in my mobile order, and they still take forever to get it out to me. I’ve been waiting 15 minutes for an order that was supposed to be fast, it was one item at non-peak times. Maybe it’s just my tastes, but the drinks are the only thing left that I like here. Food is ok at best, lacks flavor. Thankfully better options are opening up around the area.

The food is great and slushies are awesome, but you best double check your orders especially during rush hour. They forgot a part of our order THEN brought us the WRONG order before we actually got what we ordered. It’s all good, but employer should make the employees double check the receipt and read it correctly or something?

These people are either incompetent or illiterate. I ask tor certain items for my food and I didn’t get it. I asked for sweet tea and got unsweet tea. I pushed the button to ask for what I ordered and of course the button doesn’t work. If they know a stall button doesn’t work then they need to put up a sign.

Placed an order 45 minutes before (full order on receipt in picture). They missed four fries (one in a combo, and two separate orders. I understand they’re busy but come on guys, the order had been in for a long time and it’s not hard to do a quick double check. Otherwise the food was good.

Just ordered breakfast burritos and they put so much salt I couldn’t eat them. 5th or 6th visit where the food is either wrong or unconsumable. BTW 21 years in the Army I ate a lot of salty eggs…these were mostly salt…

I SAT IN MY CAR FOR OVER 10 MINUTES. THIS FAT GUT WITH GLASSES LOOKED RIGHT AT ME AND TURNED HIS BACK AND KEPT TALKING TO THIS GIRL WITH A CHONGO. I PUSHED THE BUTTON ONCE MIND YOU AND IT TELLS YOU THAT SOMEBODY WILL BE WITH YOU. I DON’T KNOW WHO THE MANAGER OR THE OWNER OS BUT I WOULD WATCH MY BUSINESS. IT DOESN’T TAKE MUCH FOR A PLACE TO GET A REPUTATION OF BAD SERVICE.

I made a moblie at 8:38 pm got to sonic and checked in at 8:45 pm and waited in my car till 9:30pm. Didn’t get any service till I hit the red button. The waited another 20 to get my order. My order was 843 so if the owner is reading this your team is horrible. There was no one who apologized for making me wait. I wasted my time So please don’t waste yours.
