Sonic Drive-In almost never disappoints me. They have awesome food and even better drinks. Especially this location in specific has great employees and customer service (in my experience), I had problems with some other locations a while ago, but this location is way better!

If I could give this sonic location zero stars, I would. I placed a mobile order for ASAP pickup. Once I arrived I checked in & waited 15 minutes. They weren’t busy at all so I tried pressing the red button to ask about my order. 5 minutes went by and they didn’t answer. After that I got out of my car and asked one of the order runners to check on my order. She then comes out to tell me they don’t have my order. I then verify the location and show her my transaction history showing her I paid for it. She tells me no, I didn’t pay & I’ll have to check out before they can give me my order??? Again, I showed her my transaction history for today, this location, and my debit card. She goes to get her manager to handle it. The manager comes out and says how they don’t have my order. After I show the manager the transaction history she runs inside and comes out with my order within 2 minutes. How didn’t you have my order but brought out food to me? Stupidly enough, I left the store without checking what she gave me since I was in a rush. I ended up checking the bag and realized I had the wrong order. I drive back to the store and ask for a different manager. Once he comes out I explained everything to him & he was very nice about it. He goes inside and gets the “correct” order. The large order of Mozzarella sticks we ordered were absolutely nasty and falling apart (pictured) and we ordered two big reds and instead got a cherry limeade and a big red instead. What I thought would be a quick mobile order pickup turned into a 45 minute ordeal. You’ll get better food & customer service at Circle K. Save your time & money.

I don’t usually like to leave bad reviews but I am shocked at my meal from this location. I ordered a chili cheese coney meal. There was a long wait in the drive thru. When I got home and took a bite of the coney, it didn’t seem right so I opened the bun and found an overcooked or old weenie. It was disgusting and I’m so glad I was not able to bite into it. I immediately called the store and spoke to a manager, but I just had to share this.

MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE EVER‼️ All i ordered was a double bacon cheese burger and they forgot the BACON and one of the patties. Terrible service as well (super rude) and an extremely long wait , I’d understand if it was busy , but it wasn’t. This isn’t the first time my visit went wrong either, but thought this time would be different .. I guess not. Definitely do NOT recommend

This Sonic is right behind my house. I want to like it since it’s so close but it’s terrible EVERYTIME !! Each time I tell myself just try again. And each time it sucks. And today was no different. I’m not sure what was worse. The hashbrowns that should be tots or the rotten lettuce.

My wife wanted some ice cream. The blast are well worth the price. We got a small thinking they were the same size as other places. But we were amazed at the size and flavor. She couldn’t eat the whole thing.
