Wow! I have found a jewel, I had a burrito for breakfast and was amazed, I was close by for school so I went for lunch and had a BLT and again WOW! I decided to get something for the long drive back to Cheyenne, and decided on a Burger and chocolate shake and honestly it was the best shake ive ever had, Huh!! I haven’t been a sonic guy in the past, but I’m going to go to another location and see If its the same.

We jus moved to the Roxborough area and have visited this Sonic 5-6 times. EVERY time it has taken no less than 20 min. Today we ordered 4 mini milkshakes and it took 35 min. We used the mobile app so there was nothing lost in translation when it came to our order. When sitting at the stall and inquiring about the order they said they would check on it. 15 min later I had to inquire again because I never heard back from them. When the shakes finally arrived they said WE needed to check in on the app next time. However we did so that otherwise our name would not have been on the screen. Once we got home my Oreo cheesecake shake ended up being just plain vanilla. So they took forever, blamed us, and then got the order wrong. I think this was our last trip there. I see that others have the same issues. Is there any way to start a petition to shut this place down so something better can move it?? I will gladly sign.

The food is what you’d expect, and the sevice is really just hit or miss. Most of the time things are correct and you get to eat pretty quickly, but when they miss they miss hard. We’ve waited as the only car in the drive through for 15 minutes before and had the order come out wrong. Overall we’re glad to have them in the neighborhood but a lack of consistency makes this tough to get 5 stars

The staff is friendly. The food is decent. Wait times are often longer than expected, but this seems to be because food is made when ordered. Some inconsistencies in drink orders from visit to visit occur.

The food is what you would expect from fast food, but the service is SO SLOOOOOOOW! When people say they’ve waited 5 minutes at the speaker to give their order, they’re not exaggerating. I waited 4 minutes (there was one car ahead of me already at the window). I ordered two finally gbreakfast I burrito meals. I finally got to the window (the other car was gone by then) and waited another 10 minutes before finally getting my food with zero apology. This is supposed to be fast food people, come on. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Just ate at this location and the service was very slow. It took at least 15 minutes to place my order. Finally got my order and no condiments in the bag so pressed the button to call them back. Ate my entire meal and still waited an additional five minutes before they answered the call button.

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. We ordered food, waited for it to come out. After thirty minutes or so it arrived. We checked and were missing an item, rang back and we were told it would be out shortly. After twenty minutes we rang back, at this point we were informed that the system was down and they were not taking orders ( this is after three staff members were on break outside together). We explained we were still waiting for the missing food we had ordered. She apologized that she had started it and forgot…we did eventually get our food after more than hour for “fast food”. Everyone’s food was cold except the forgotten item.

Tried to order food there last night (Saturday) from the drive through. There were several cars ahead of me. When I got to the ordering microphone, it was 9:50pm. The guy told me that he was not taking any more orders because they close at 10pm. I said, but it’s not 10pm yet. To which he replied, “It’s close enough and will be past 10 by the time you get your food”. I’m sorry but this it absolutely terrible service. They shortened their hours a few months back because they said they weren’t getting enough business. Here they are turning away business during their specified operating hours. No wonder they are losing business. Not even to get started on the horribly inconsistent quality of their food. This place is the worst and needs to be shut down and replaced with a decent late night fast food option for us that live in Roxborough. I didn’t try this but I can guarantee that if I went to JP’s 10 minutes before they closed, they would be thrilled to take my business.
