Seriously?! You couldn’t even give me a complete top of a croissant, that I paid for. Food was barely edible as it is and at least give the customer what they paid for. This half of a top croissant should have been thrown in the garbage, and you know it. Looks like someone ate the top of the croissant. Will not be returning! I can see why this location has 2 stars. I should have trusted my gut. After reading the reviews for this sonic location and knowing by the reviews that I would be wasting my money. Which is exactly what happened. I do not see this sonic staying in business much longer with this kind of service. This should never have been served to a customer.

Wow – waited 10 minutes at the drive up – nobody said a thing. Drove back around and after several minutes some final took my order. Only one employee because the other was out behind the dumpster vaping with another kid who came out of the back of the restaurant with no uniform- not likely an employee. Female employee was really good and nice – she jut had no help from her coworker.

Got the food home and was one of the worst fast food meals I’ve ever had in my life, firstly, they were out of 2 of the 4 items I tried to order, got my replaced order and ended up just tossing most of it. Freezing fries, burned bacon, soggy buns, the only thing that turned out to be acceptable was a slushy and even that was half melted. Do not recommend this place at all.

We ordered drinks on the app. Checked in just before we arrived…drinks didn’t come. After 15 minutes we pushed the button and inquired about said drinks. We were apologized to and told they were really busy. They were in fact not busy, quite the opposite. You may even say they were dead for a Saturday night. There weren’t any customers in the stalls except us and zero in the drive through. There was a group at the picnic tables. That was it. The drinks came out after the inquiry. This place has been open for over 15 years and has always been awful. “New ownership” was supposed to fix this issue. They have not done so. The overall 2 star rating is generous.

I don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews but this Windsor Sonic struggles!!! More times than not they are having issues with their app not connecting. When I asked if they could simply honor the half price drinks through the drive through; I even offered to show them that I had the app downloaded. They were unable to help. I try periodically with this location as it’s closest to my house in hopes that it was just a hiccup but unfortunately I continue to receive poor service here.

This place is a joke. We used the app to order ahead. We checked in and it said someone was on the way with the order. After waiting another 5 minutes we push the button and they say the computer doesn’t tell them when someone is there unless they push the button. No other sonic has had this issue so I felt like it was an excuse to try and keep us happy. I honestly hate that this is the closest sonic to me and I won’t be back. Whoever manages this business needs to step up.

Placed order online. Got to the restaurant and checked in. Five or minutes later the screen at the stall said this it was out for delivery. Waited ten or so minutes later then pushed the button for the service. Told them that I have a pick up order and they said it would be right out. It was out to my car two or so minutes later.

Used the app to order some slushes and chili cheese tots. When my “real fruit” slush came, it didn’t contain any fruit. I pointed this out to an employee, and was told cherry limeade slushes don’t come with fruit and then he walked off. App and menu board says otherwise, but employee clearly was not interested in fixing the issue.

We stopped here after our track meet. When we were leaving the manager came out and said some of the kids didn’t paid. I went back inside with her to see which orders were not paid. She was very rude and after about 10 minutes of talking to employees and looking at the computer she realized everyone had paid. No apologies just said we could go and said “that’s why I hate doing buses”. Seemed very unprofessional after we brought so much business and were falsely accused of not paying.
