The speakers didn’t workngood the girl and I couldn’t hear each other at all then the card reader didn’t work. Cheese sauce is gross and questionable for pretzels. Tater tots is just straight grease like oozing grease and my kids burgers were drenched in mustard they couldn’t even eat them. Honestly only gave 3 stars for the girl that came to the jeep she was awesome.

I used the app and arrived on time. 15 mi. Later I still had not received food/drinks. I checked with staff, they apologized for the error and resolved the problem. It was their error, they were kind and apologetic, giving me to option to cancel. I waited and received my tasty order. The parking lot could use attention, weeds coming through cracks and debris in rear and a few parking stalls.

They have some great happy hour stuff during different times of the day, and we love their shakes. However, they are way overpriced for the lack of quality of the entire menu. It’s fast food yes, but should be consistent and not so ridiculously expensive for the crappy food. Would not recommend except for shake happy hours.

This sonic is F’N horrible. I came in ordered to go. When i got home took a bite of my burger, low and behold, a HAIR in the first bite! Burger was overcooked and pretty disgusting. There was a grease spot on the bag. If you want to have sonic go to the other one Not on 4th street. The manager offered me a new burger, said he watched it being made. In the meantime my pretzels were cold and hard. The Churro shake was melted. Please don’t go to this sonic!

We went to the walk up ordering system. and we can’t hear clearly what the attendant was saying . and I don’t believe he can hear what we were ordering. There is no wheelchair accessibility to the walk up ordering system. Burgers where worm but not hot. Trash was overflowing at the trash bins.
