Freezing burger cheese not melted total of 2 pickles for extra, totts under cooked, everything tastes like has it been additionally salted…Drink watered down not enough ice either? Seriously it took 25 minutes…no BBQ sauce w/popcorn-chicken no ketchup or mustard packets for the frys & food? Management needs to pull head out and get a professional Cook in here ASAP, and someone who can make drinks the old school way- that’s the SONIC Legacy…not the withering garbage I’ve been catching lately…Last week I stopped by for a shake and it was weak, just wasn’t good at all…not like the old days- get it together

I’ve been coming to this location (instead of Belen or Los Lunas) for the past 2 years and get consistently quality food, and friendly service. They at least care enough to turn off their stalls so you’re not waiting for no one to answer like the aforementioned locations. Very few stalls are open due to under-staffing so a wait is to be expected. The drive thru appeared to move quicker but I prefer to park and order. The card swiper seems to have problems as it charged me $2 instead of the order total. Luckily, I had cash on me–I won’t trust their card reader anymore, hence the 4 stars. Our server was friendly & I’m glad she and these folks consistently make an effort. I hope the Sonic company starts paying these workers better so they can at least keep this location open.

I went through the drive thru about two months ago and ordered a corn dog for my child, two drinks and a chicken sandwich meal. The girl who took my order had an attitude and read my order back to me. When I corrected her she said nothing. When I finally got up to the window to get my food and pay, the guy at the window tried giving me a completely different order and said that he couldn’t find my order. After waiting in line for about 15 minutes after ordering, I was frustrated so I just drove off. Everyone who worked there seemed confused.

Waited over 30 minutes on a mobile order, was just 5 drinks then had to had to ask where my order was!! Was told there were many orders, that’s wrong answer. There should be a time limit or better service

Our food this evening was over cooked. The chicken tender dinner is a joke- check is so small. The toast was solid, usually it’s soft. I feel this place is constantly understaffed which can cause longer wait times in both car side service and drive thru. Ice cream machine was broken.

Usually pretty good. Stopped to get 2 drinks and a blast and had to wait 20 minutes after the order was placed online. 15 minutes in they said the order was on its way after wait a couple minutes i asked them what was going on and they said it should be on way. Definitely not the usual for here though.

Came to this location twice. Every time even tho you order on app it will take 20-30 minutes. When I got my drink was water down. Second time waiting over 10 minutes on 1 drink. Called to check on order at 11:15am. Finally got my drink and was watered down again. Won’t be coming to this place at all. I suggest you stay away from this sonic

If I could rate a 0, I would. The employees are incredibly overworked and poorly treated by management, as well as other employees. They should not have one employee running between 5 or 6 stations at a time, covering all of those jobs by themselves as opposed to having a team to work with. Management an be heard yelling at the employees, to the point that customers have intervened. They take advantage of the employees, often keeping them past the time their shift was supposed to end. They disregard employees with disabilities, to the point that certain employees are in insufferable pain by the time they are finally allowed to leave their shift. Employees are ridiculed for taking any time off, whether suffering from an illness or needing some leisure time and gossiped about and mocked by management to other employees. Product is wasted because of their poor “customer is always right” policy, which also allows customers to mistreat employees even more than they already are. My boyfriend quit his job here and I’ve never seen him happier. To anyone thinking of applying- don’t. It will end poorly for you.

This place was quick and I would be in and out, but they have gotten slow and every time I go there to get food, I’m having to wait 15-20 minutes just to get my food, and when I’m going during my lunch break and having only 5-10 minutes left to get back to my workplace and eat is not fun. Today was no exception, but after having the person bringing my food spill my drink on me and my car, I’m probably not gonna be going here for awhile.
