All of the ice cream products were wonderful. The food was decent but the DRINKS WERE TERRIBLE. Powerade was severely watered down, and we paid for a “slush” but it came out a light ice drink.

Pretty disappointing overall. Chicken tenders were all dry and over cooked. Drinks had too much syrup. The employees are rude, too. Didn’t even say a word to me when bringing my food out to my car, even when I said hi and thank you.

There are so many broken stalls. I pull into one, It’s broken, so I pull into the next, broken. The next, broken. And I can’t see if they’re working or not unless I either pull into the stall or drive past it. Then, if there’s a vehicle behind me, I have to drive all the way around the building to be able to get the stall that I saw working. Sometimes, I don’t want to be driving in circles, so I leave even though there was something that I really wanted from there.

Never ever ever will I go to this location ever again I’ve never gotten so sick from eating here I should have stopped the minute I realized my food was crazy undercooked the tots have never been so soggy the meat was so cold the texture looked really strange not normally what it would look like! no i didn’t finish anything! my order was completely wrong after confirming it twice and me tipping them for MAKING SURE IT WAS GOING TI BE RIGHT BUT NO!!!!!! just cause it’s not their money being spent! I know what it’s like to be in fast food it’s not that hard to get an order right yet alone give correct food at correct temperature!! Never again!!!! You guys deserve no stars!!!! I hope whoever was on this shift gets just as sick as I did and hope they get their order screwed next time they go out!!! A–HOLES

The worst experience at a restaurant in recent days. I just moved into a new place where there is a Sonic Drive-In right there in my neighborhood. I decided to download the app and order some food. I ordered a #3 Super Sonic Double Bacon Cheeseburger Large Meal. I also ordered a Large Reese’s Blast and was offered 1/2 price shake so I got a Large Chocolate Shake. So I put in my order and it says to go to Sonic and my order would be ready. I arrive and I check in. I waited there for 30 minutes wondering where my order was. An employee came outside and asked me how he could help me because all of the outside stalls were closed. I found that quite puzzling since it was only 7pm. I pointed at the screen which displays my name on it and said that I’m waiting for my order. The employee goes inside and comes out with my #3 which has been sitting there for 30 minutes and was cold by the time I got it home. What upset me the most was that there was no ice cream and the employee told me I would receive my refund in 7 days!!! I feel like I was absolutely punished for trying something new. I would have gone elsewhere for ice cream but I used all the money I had. This is just unexcusable! False advertising! If you don’t sell ice cream at certain stores then why post it on the menus and signs outside?
