Lately this location has lost its appeal for me. It’s near my house and I stop at least two times a week in order to get food for my lunch break at work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The “manager” refused to help or even give me her name. I waited for almost half an hour for a mobile order only to be told after I pushed the button (I was trying to be patient because they looked busy) that they were only doing drive thru because they’re short staffed. With a horrible manager like this one, I can see why no one wants to work for them.

My car broke down at this location, I asked if anyone would help me by giving my car a jump. Everyone disappeared from sight of the window. If they didn’t want to help, just be honest and say, “I’m sorry, I’m not comfortable with that!” Don’t just disappear and ignore me! I waited in the parking lot for over an hour with my hood open until a friend could get there to help! My battery died, and once going, I went 2 miles down the road and got it replaced.
