Not this sonic in particular but sonic in general is becoming blah. Ordered “jumbo” chicken bites. The only thing jumbo was the amount of breading they use. Hardly any chicken at all. And the little sliver of chicken inside is dried out and gross. Had to go to a gas station to get better chicken bites.

Having been to Sonics all over this country, I can say that this one provided the worst shakes we have ever had at a Sonic. The vanilla shake had very little flavor and was very airy. Would not recommend this location for ice cream.

My server was rude to my mom my order was completely wrong and then the person next to me was also given bad attitude from the person taking the order I really hope them sonic workers have a better day cuz today was ridiculous I feel like if I’m the one paying for my food and eating my food I should get my food how I like my food …. Well that was a complete waste of my time.. I’m an over the road truck driver So I can’t use drive-thru services because of the size of my truck. So I have to walk up. So I saw that the parking lot was completely empty not a single guest was there I figured I could get good service. Oh boy was I wrong.. twice I tried to use the walk up window button thing no one answered me So I walked up to the drive-thru tapped on the window and the girl told me to go use the walk up window thing and I tried again No one answered three strikes you’re out….never again.. You don’t want my money I won’t give it to you.

Worst one in town depending on the shift, right in line with the one on 7th and Mitchell. Drinks are normally spot on but the food is always 50/50 and the wait is unreal. Consistency shouldn’t be that hard in fast food. Just hire good people and compensate them appropriately and make sure your stall intercoms/interactive menus aren’t malfunctioning.

Greatly enjoyed the food I ordered from this location while passing through on a road trip. The Jr. Breakfast Burrito with bacon was delicious, and my cookie dough blast had a generous amount of cookie dough in it, which is hard to find at other locations! Excellent service as well!

Horrible customer service! The girl at the window who took our order was so rude when I asked why she didn’t let us order a certain item on the under $2 menu. She claimed they didn’t have that item, when in fact it was on a huge ad on the window right next to her, but said cheeseburger instead of burger. She told me repeatedly that she didn’t make the menu, as if I thought sonic might put the CEO at the window taking orders. Someone else, maybe the manager, handed us our order and gave me a dirty look.
