Don’t bother trying to order from here late at night because they will just ignore you. I swear what a bunch of lazy losers. I called to ask if they were open and was told they don’t pay attention enough basically. So sitting at the drive through is a waste of time here. Their prices are so high now that even the food isn’t worth dealing with these incompetent no paying attention losers!!!!!

Service is always super slow. Like be prepared to wait 45min. Food is usually wrong and cold or we’re informed they either 1) don’t know how to make that menu item, or 2) we’re out of that. I honestly don’t know how this Sonic stays open. I keep trying it year after year just to see if it’s still terrible… And yes it still is.

Sonic-One of the few food establishments that still serve up how they did back in the 1990’s. Taste, quality, quantity, service, and style. Yes, the prices are a lot higher than just a few years ago. But we’ve all been hit with inflation, and that won’t stop. Twenty plus years from now, those of us that are still around. We will be saying “Back in the 2020’s prices were low, one could get a burger for $5.00. Now they are $10.00”. But Thank You Sonic for keeping with company expectations and satisfying your customers. How about we do a “Sonic Flashback” and for at least one day a year let’s do the Brown Bag Special for $5.00. Or per invite only for those who have the Sonic App. Just a thought…Thank You Sonic keep up what you’re doing and stay strong.

Not that it really matter, if your hungry, you will go there, as will I in the future, this is just a shout out to the manager at the sonic on West second street in roswell nm. I go here often as it is one of only a few quick places on the west side of roswell. All the while I have pretty good luck, except for today, I pull in at 3:50 pm Feb 28th. I order 3 large sweet teas, a total of $4.38 cents, I was still sitting there at 422 waiting on 3 sweet teas, even after pushing the button once to make sure everything was okay. I guess they were out over seas collecting tea leaves, I had to leave. I would of never thought a simple order would be so difficult to fulfill.
