Sonics has went to complete disarray. The food taste funny now, like it’s really rubber. The parking is non-existent. They have poles so you don’t hit their ordering machines and I noticed the poles are all tore back from people hitting them with their brand new cars trucks and SUVs causing thousands in damages to our vehicles. As for their online ordering. You better leave a tip if you don’t want to be the last car there.

Lately I’ve been ordering off the app for 1/2 price drinks, cherry limeade and strawberry slush, it seems that when this is done you don’t get much of the flavoring. (Drinks look nothing like the pictures) Now I ordered at regular price 3 days before this and it was much different, I had lots of flavor, I think I’m done with sonic

They forgot our spoons with our ice cream and it was hard to hear the guy talking because people were power washing the pavement. Also, cookie dough blast is amazing but needs more cookie dough. The advertisement said “huge scoop” of cookie dough and I got a tablespoon amount. Anyways, oreo chocolate shake and oreo peanut butter shakes were good. Still a 5 star because service is WAY better than the turner location.

Really bad experience. Ordered 4 burgers with sides to go. Guy brought me sack and left. Checked sack and was one burger short. Pushed red button and lady answered. When I tried explain about missing hunger she she would send someone out to talk with me. After thirty minutes of no one coming out and not answering five or six times of pushing button with no answer gave up. I guess they don’t need our business.
