Not once but twice had real bad customer service. Went last weekend for a sonic red bull was told they didn’t have any then I asked for just a slushy and the guy rudely said We don’t have any! I was so upset I drive across town for them to give me attitude! It’s always a group of young guys working there and they need to learn better customer service or have a supervisor on board every shift to know what’s going’s on.

Had a large order for several little mouths to feed, and what a pleasant person to greet us all so warmly! Food was great, utensils, sauce and napkins were all there. Even though there is a waiting time every time I go I have received great customer service the quality to ensure that the customer is satisfied is a tremendous play I have never had a time where I wouldn’t be back. We were on our way back from a road trip and never had Sonics so, we eagerly stopped by. Well…Bad service. Long wait time. And our servings were definitely off. The “strawberry cheesecake shake” was basically vanilla. The sandwiches we got were dry. I guess we aren’t stopping at Sonics ever again.

Filthy, Most screens were not working, ordered on the app, waited for 24 minutes for water tots and mozz sticks. Watched people come in and out of the stalls, but we still waited here. It should not take that long. Do not come to this specific sonic.

Food and shakes are really good. Service was great. The only bad things are they really need to upgrade parking ordering panels and the other was really disappointed to me. I took son for a delicious vanilla shake and plant on sitting at tables because can’t let the other kids see .lol . Anyway, I decided to stand because tables look like haven’t been cleaned in months.
