We ordered ahead using the Sonic app. We ordered 1 cheeseburger, 1 crispy chicken sandwich, and mozzarella sticks. When we arrived we checked in and the food arrived within 10 minutes. This was a simple order which we placed a full hour before they closed – It should have been fresh and tasty but it was disgusting (and I mean disgusting). The cheeseburger had three strings of lettuce, two pickles, and maybe ¼ teaspoon of dressing/mayonnaise AND it was just barely warm. But the chicken sandwich was the absolute worst! It was so hard and dry I literally could not bite through it; I had to chomp down on the chicken fillet and ended up ripping a stringy brown piece off which I promptly spit out. My fiance took one look at that old dried up piece of chicken and immediately pushed the red button for service at our stall…but nobody answered. So he pushed it again, and we waited again…but still no one answered. So he took the sandwich to the car hops door, stuck his head in and said, “This sandwich is not edible, please just replace it with another cheeseburger – but the manager(?) Immediately began screaming at him to “get out, get out” and “you can’t come in here, get out!”. He calmly tried to explain that no one was responding when he pushed the red button for service at our stall and how something most certainly had to be done about this inedible food. As he handed her he food this Sonic employee remained surly and snarled at her cook to “make her a cheeseburger” as she dismissively turned away from my fiance, throwing the sandwich in the trashcan and hollered out that someone will bring the cheeseburger to our stall. Which they did but that screaming employee’s sour and rude disposition ruined our little outing, that’s for sure.

We went there for dinner tonight. I got a crispy chicken sandwich. It was extremely hard and dry. I could barely take a bite of it. It had the texture of jerky. I immediately lost my appetite and asked for a refund. They refunded me. I looked at other reviews and it appears this is common with the chicken sandwiches. There is no excuse for not making something fresh because they were NOT busy at all for dinner.

So I ordered a chicken sandwich and got half of a burnt chicken patty, buns were fresh. I asked the guy if I could order another one so the guy came out and took the sandwich back to remake it. The next sandwich I get has 2 completely burnt buns but the buns were cold! Rock hard stale burnt buns, all because I asked to guy to remake my sandwich.

Waited for half an hour an saw at least 10 cars show up and leave with there food well we waited. Drinks were melted and watered down. Frys and chili cheese tots were cold and soggy. Fryed were pourd out all over the bottom of the bag. The Top of the conny dog was completely stuck to the top of the wrapper. The BBQ chicken had very little sause and was not covered at all, just thrown in a little spoon full of bbq. Also chicken was turned side ways in the bag ready to spill. Server wouldnt right down our order and when we asked about it she said she had worked there for a long time an could remember but when we asked her to read our order back she couldnt remember it and we had to go over it with her 3 or 4 times. Also when we called the lady didnt apoligise and obviously didnt really care. they took $45 worth of food and through it all over the bottom of the bag. All the food was super old and super soggy. Worst sonic in town. Ive had this same type of experience hear just about every time ive come to this sonic in the past 2 or 3 years.

Can’t check in on the app. So I fallow directions and hit the red button on the stall tell them twice I have a mobile order and waited over 10 mins. No one ever came out with my order of 3 drinks. Finally after 12 minutes, I moved to a different stall and hit the button and come to find out no one had ever checked me in from the first time, so I had to wait another five minutes for my drinks.

For the prices to be what they are, the food is extremely low quality. The prices shouldn’t even be as high as they as the quality of the food has decreased over the years. Sonic fast food used to be much better than what it is now. The only thing that they don’t really serve poorly is their drinks and ice creams.

Now down to one star. Brought my family here, ordered almost $40 worth, was told I had to pay for ranch (order included tater tots and onion rings) but that I could get all the ketchup I wanted for free. Asked for ketchup…TWICE… and never got it. Didn’t get napkins either. $#@^% this location. No other Sonic in town treats me like this. — last year’s review —> I ordered, asked for ranch instead of ketchup. They wanted to charge me for it because “nothing on my order REQUIRED it.” I declined the ranch and the line went dead. No total, no verification of my order. Just silence. Talk about rude.

Every single shake I have ever tried here, no matter the flavor, has had a single piece of chopped peanut in it. Even the strawberry. Everything else has been good though.
