Just like the usual f McDonald’s, they’re not fast food anymore when you wait 15 minutes for your junks food order , unreliable customer service to assist you or even recognize you. California state thinking about raising their minimum to $22 per hour , hell no they don’t provide essential service to earn it.

Ordered my burgers in the drive-up stalls. First, the carhop fumbled my shake and spilled it. Mistakes happen. She made another one, larger sizeand I was on my way. I got home and found that the burgers were not made how they were ordered. I did not order PLAIN burgers, which is what I got. When I returned one burger, the carhop apologized, asked how I wanted it prepared, and took the burger and my receipt. She then brings me the same cold cheeseburger that I had returned that now has all the veggies and condiments! She assured me that they remade the burger but used the original wrapping paper! I opened and felt the burger and confirmed it was COLD! It told her that I wanted a freshly cooled burger. She apologized and took the burger back. A minute later, the manager came out and asked what I wanted on the burger! I told him I wanted it how the poctire on the menu shows the burger. He kept stating, “Let me get this straight, you want pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, …” I repeated my answer, and he told me to calm down but NOT getting me a new burger!! This went on 4 times!! NOW I AM REALLY MAD! There was no reason for him to come out to my car with his harrassing attitude!! He was rude!!! I got a refund for the burger and had to wait an additional 5 minutes for the staff to figure out how to print me a new receipt because within 10-15 minutes, they lost the original! Worst experience ever at a fast food place! When I left, the incorrect burger was sitting on the prep table and not thrown out! Did they just give it to the next customer who ordered the same burger? I touched that patty!!

I read some of the reviews I guess it depends whos working that day. Emily was beyond outstanding. She was fast, so sweet and professional. I will return because of Emily. She makes the sonic experience top notch. The bacon burger was probably my second favorite burger of fast food burgers. The fries were hot and fresh. My drink had extra cherries. I did not even have to ask for napkins or ketchup they were already in my bag! A+ Sonic at Herndon and Fowler.

The double bacon cheeseburger and French fries perfect. I had gone in the evening. Emily was a great staff member gave me extra napkins, straws, condiments. My order had no complaints. My drink even had a few extra cherries also. Emily rocked!

Food’s good; Sienna’s attitude, however, is horrible. I can understand having a bad day, but taking it out on customers? Generally, when someone says thank you, you respond with a smile or a you’re welcome or any other acceptable pleasantries; not look at them, say nothing, and immediately walk away.
