When we first got to the parking slot we pushed the button to order. The slots on both sides of us were empty. After about 5 minutes, both slots were filled. They both obviously pressed the red button to order. We were still waiting when we overheard the car on the right order and then the car left when they were finished.. . . . The car on the right actually got their food and drinks before we even got to order. . . . We were just a moment from leaving when we FINALLY got to order. I ordered a number 2 double cheese burger meal, only pickle, extra pickle. My husband ordered the number 3 double bacon cheese burger both with Tots and cherry limeades. The carhop read our order back to us, and he only said extra pickle for the #2. So, I checked our burgers. The double bacon cheese burger was correct, but there was EVERYTHING on the double cheese burger. All sauces, tomatoes, Lettuce, onions, and pickles. So I sent it back. And my husband informed our car hop of my food allergy, which is why I order only pickle with extra pickle. The brine and vinegar destroy any possible contagion. Everything else isn’t safe. . . . . . . The carhop jetted inside to tell the cooks that I have a food allergy and what it is. He came back out just a few minutes later. WAY faster than I expected, and wanted to make certain that there was no possible contagion. He was awesome and deserves a raise. . . . . The cooks and people taking the orders need to listen better. Pickle ONLY, extra pickle is self explanatory.

Pretty decent place for the most part. Only minor things that could be improved like providing enough sauce for certain items on the menu. For example, I ordered a BBQ chicken tenders and it had a small drizzle of sauce. Most of the tender was dry and so on. Other than that, I love coming here for the drink specials by using the app. The App works amazing and the workers there do a great job at repeating your order when delivering your food. Just wish the scenery was a little better since this is spokane we are talking about here…

It honestly depends on who is working. My daughter adores Sonic the hedgehog and one of the employees actually told her that he absolutely is there but was taking a nap so couldn’t see her. I love that he played along with her. Today, the guy at the window told her that they don’t have him, but I think she was distracted and missed that. Normally their strawberry shortcake snowball slush floats are incredibly delicious, but today I found it to be way too sweet, perhaps they put too much strawberry because it was way too thick and syrupy. I would recommend not adding extra (I didn’t ask for extra, but I think that’s what happened and it is an option). My daughter loves their corn dogs and fries.

Good place for a quick treat. The last time I was there I had food delivered to me that wasn’t mine and a second server came out asking about a specific order (which also wasn’t mine). Then when my food was finally delivered, it was literally handed to me and they skated off without a word. My kids love the slushes so we’ll be back but the service needs some work to get a better rating from me.

I come here frequently because my fiance loves the desert menu but the service is without fail absolutely the slowest of any “fast food” restaurant in Spokane. Even being literally the only person at the establishment in the drive thru you can expect to wait 10+ minutes and still not get your entire order or correct order. Unbelievably lazy staff and that has to be a result of poor management. If it wasn’t to make her happy I would never come here by choice

The food was cold right off the bat. The fries, tots and chicken nuggets tasted like they had been sitting there all day. We went at 3pm and our drinks were not half off which would have been fine if I hadn’t just spent $37 on two meals that tasted two days old. The bacon double cheese burger did come out hot, however the bacon was way over cooked on my husband’s and so undercooked on mine that it still had stringy white fat. The service was ok for being a little girl working there. (I was kinda hoping she would be on skates though.)

Todays visit was less than ideal. The car hop apologized for spilling my drink on himself and my food but continued to try to hand me the dripping bag. I let them know I do not want a bag covered in lemonade sitting on my seat or in my car. The car hop did not respond well as they said “K” walking away. I prepared a $10 tip to thank them for correcting but they walked up “Here you go” and sped away. I was unable to thank them for correcting. Please coach on this, it’s a simple fix for the customer experience. It was a younger guy with brown hair.

I’m a door dasher, and I’ve been waiting here for over 20 minutes waiting for one order. I’ve sat here so long, I was able to get another order from sonic. That I’m also waiting on. For one drink. This is a lil wild. Door dash orders shouldn’t be top priority, however they shouldn’t be last. If your crew can’t manage these orders maybe reconsider being a door dash restaurant.
