I must’ve caught them on a good day, because my experience was better than the other reviewers here. Service was fast and decent for a big airport. The prices actually didn’t seem like too much of a ripoff, relatively. I had a two meat platter with pulled pork, sausage, fried okra, coleslaw, and a roll. The BBQ sauce was basic. The pulled pork was a little dry but not too bad. The sides were good. The sausage was great, but it’s hard to mess up sausage. The restaurant was a little bit dirty but not too bad. Overall a good option…for airport food.

The sausage sandwich was okay and the coleslaw was good, but the fries were not authentic BBQ fries, they had a powder like salt with flavor but that was it, nothing special.

Considering I’ve had BBQ all over the country, i thought – “This couldn’t be that bad, right? We’re in TX”. Boy was I wrong. Fries are cold and soggy. Brisket is cold, fatty and not even remotely smokey. Sausage is bland. BBQ sauce tastes like vinegar + ketchup. Never again. Okra was decent since i asked for it to be burned (well done). That being said, i ate the roll and tossed the rest. Never again..should have just went to TGI Fridays but that place was packed..now i know why, especially for 18 bucks a plate, i would have expected better BBQ.

Salty brisket. Came here there was noone at cash register for many minutes. I left and came back to see again bc I don’t pass by TX a lot and really wanted brisket. Big mistake. Also cashier was rude. Oh and all trash cans were overflowing. Disgusting. They truly do not care.

Meh. Expensive, even for an airport concession. Pulled pork was passable but was dry as a bone and the sauce they provide tastes like it’s 50% vinegar. The coleslaw (the tablespoon of it that I received with my $16.00 plate) was utterly tasteless but still managed to taste old. The beans had little flavor except for being almost too salty to eat. I don’t know who Sonny Bryan is but this place is run by HMS Host. The company that has been busy ruining the reputation of the places it franchises for decades.

This restaurant replaced the one that used to be here. Small snack and small coffee 11 dollars. Cannot use cash – card only. Took close to 10 min to pay for the snack. 7-11 next door has better buys, more selections.

Terrible service. The lady that took my order didn’t want to be there. Awful food. Worst chicken and pork I have had. Smells like throw up. And the manager was arguing with a customer over a side that was wrong. Also they didn’t get my order right either. Please don’t come here. There is a reason this restaurant is EMPTY! And it’s so expensive. My meal cost me $43.
