This restaurant was recommended by our hotel and we were happy with the choice.

Had a nice dinner here with family. The food was good, love the steamer clams and calamari. Lamb chops was well cooked as well. Only give 4 stars because the waiter was not on top of our orders, and keep forgetting stuff… it was a busy Saturday day night, but the service can be better.

To be honest, I think that there are better restaurants at this price point in Sonoma. We ordered drinks, risotto, salmon and seafood pasta. They were all pretty good, but not amazing. I also ordered a Bloody Mary (I have had them all over the country so know how they taste!) which was terrible. They didn’t take the $17 off the bill because I had eaten the shrimp off the top (which I had to do in order to taste the drink). Were they going to re-use the shrimp?!

Great atmosphere, great art, great service, and SO much potential with the food. TASTE before you plate! Risotto for both dishes needed salt and more acid for the risotto with lamb shank. This might be a community thing since salt and pepper are already on the table. I find that most restaurants with fine dining chefs ONLY provide these when asked since it changes the flavor of the dish.

Wonderful dining experience. Husband enjoyed the NY steak, cooked to perfection for him. I had the Cioppino, and it was so phenomenally good. Beyond excellent service. All wait staff were super attentive and on it. Back patio has a nice relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend this restaurant.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been here, and while it does still have a wide variety of things to drink the food is subpart best. They only had shrimp ceviche today and when my friend got the chicken sandwich it was not only dry but way too salty. My antipasto platter I basically could have bought all the same exact stuff from Safeway or Sonoma market for 1/4 the price. The bathroom (singular) had really cheap stock, and there was only one waiter, again…

This place is delicious! The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere is cute. I came for brunch, but ended up getting the Saffron Pappardelle. Saffron is one of my favorite spices and this dish did not disappoint. The infused saffron noodles were absolutely amazing and the sauce was so good I could have drank it. I am so sad I am just now finding this place because I come to Sonoma very often. I will for sure be back and recommend this place to anyone who comes to the area!

A wine cellar opens its hungry maw to accept another batch of aged barrels in a saccharine photograph. Very benign; wine moms will awe. Autumn leaves scattered across the pathway bring color to the scene. Wait a minute.. are those two leaves the same? Many leaves, each identical and in the same position as the last? Did this photographer edit this photo to add additional leaves? Immersion broken.

We went here for lunch before heading up to Healdsburg for a scheduled tasting. We chose to stop in Sonoma because the traffic from the East Bay on the 101 near Healdsburg was a mess. So after searching online we decided to try this place. The outdoor space was beautiful and very welcoming. Our server was very friendly and attentive. My husband ordered the pear salad. It was fine. I ordered the Caesar with chicken. While the chicken was flavorful, it was really dry. And the presentation was extremely poor. Chicken pieces just scattered over the plate. Seriously?! Especially when you’re paying $21.00! I know it’s Sonoma so sadly everything is way over the top expensive, but at least put some effort into the presentation and cookery. Overall, with so many other good restaurants around, we likely won’t return. Sorry.

We went for happy hour and were pleased with the food and drinks. Happy hour runs from 3:00-5:30 Mondays through Thursdays and only until 5:00 on Fridays. It is not offered on weekends. The house white wine (a local Sauvignon blanc) was good and cost $5. They make their own good Pale Ale beer which at happy hour is only $3. We preferred the green salad ($7) over the Caesar ($8). The BBQ oyster dish ($11) has six oysters with two dipping sauces- it was fine but if you prefer raw oysters they are on the menu and cost $1.50 each. We also had the calamari- they are heavily breaded so don’t order them if you don’t like deep fried breading. We took off the breading. The clams and mussel dish ($11) was very tasty with a nice broth. We also liked the veggie flatbread ($9) which has artichokes, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, pesto and feta cheese.
