This place used to be outstanding. Everything about the cheesesteaks was good. Over the last few months, our orders have been getting worse and worse. This last time we ordered, our rolls were soggy on the bottom AND hard and tasted like rubber, there were pepper stems in my sub and it wasnt very good. I’m highly disappointed. Theres a pizza shop much closer to us that has much better bread, the only thing is their subs arent as big as this place. I will be ordering from the other place from now on, i may try them again next year to see if they have fixed the issues. Its a shame because we have been ordering from them for years. Hopefully they can turn it around.

It’s a typical strip mall pizza place but the decor is interesting. Went on a Sunday at 1:30pm. Ordered a chicken cheesesteak w/fries and 2 slices. All came out in about 7 mins or less. With drinks, all for about $20. Staff was very pleasant and the food was good. Definitely going on the “if you’re in the area” list for inexpensive food places. Picture is after half of everything was eaten so a lot of food for the money.

Today was a rough day and I had an issue with my order, so I called it in so that next time it could go differently. I was trying very hard not to be overly emotional because i know these guys are great people and that things simply happen sometimes. However, when I spoke to the manager not only did he listen patiently to me, but he also helped turn things around by being understanding of my feelings and fixed things for my order very promptly. It was very much appreciated as normally a manager would not be so calm and reassuring. He never gave any impression of simply placating me or annoyance that most managers tend to do, and he never rushed the conversation. I actually felt like he genuinely cared and that’s hard to find in this kind of business. If you plan to order from them I strongly recommend it. Their food is great (not too greasy and good quality) and they truly put in the effort to show their customers their very best in every aspect of the experience.

Excellent. Pizza was more north east style (not like DC). The cheese steak was more like Philly (nothing to compare in DC). I’m not a fan of hot relish. I prefer hot cherry peppers. The soda is from a modern dispenser with 1,000 flavors. The cannoli was lovely light crust “freshly made”. It didn’t sit in a cooler premade all week. I didn’t try the fries. All in all… very good marks and half a steak to take home. I will return.

My husband and I were looking for a quick bite to eat. Happened to find this little shop. Boy did it deliver! Honestly the best cheesesteak I’ve had in years. The bread was as fresh as can be. The flavor of the meat was amazing and it wasn’t greasy at all. I can say it was the first time I had eaten a cheesesteak and didn’t feel heavy and gross after. So so good! Even the fries were crisp, hot, and delicious. Will definitely come back next time we are in the area.

the food was absolutely terrible! the chicken was dry and the cheese was not even melted. bread was like 2-3 days old and you can feel it in the taste and in each bite. I do not know the hype and the good reviews this place has gotten but personally I did not find the food to be “best i’ve ever had” the only reason why i give this place 3 stars is because of the hospitality and the kindness of the people who work there gave us and they are amazing people but the food is not the best!

Fast and friendly service. Food was pretty good too. I got a kick out of the pizza ceiling fan in the kitchen. Now to convince the wife to put one in ours lol. Great experience for sure and prices were on par. Would go back again.

More training is needed for the workers who are answering the phone. We call in an order every Friday & this week the person who answered hung up on my husband twice. The food is great, but the phone service needs to improve.
