I’ve been a lifer for sopapillas but tonight’s experience was a final visit. Ordered bean,rice and cheese and cut into beef and cheese. I was calm, mistakes happen but absolutely no apology, no empathy, just a silent refund from someone in a green shirt. You’ve shown you’re commitment to food quality and customer service. So your phone number in Google is a fax machine, I click order online and it says coming soon, it’s listed on door dash but only the small sopapilla with no way to order bigger and it’s not the full menu. How can you not have these options available for people to order? At this point and time not having all those things in order is just lazy, y’all don’t want more business? And yes I tried the “contact us” on the actual website…. that phone number is also a fax machine. Who’s the manager? They don’t know the things you don’t have are why other places get more business and it takes literally minutes to get it done? Probably why the sopapilla restaurant on 79 gets way more business smh. I got a sea food sopapilla and I should have listened and got a beef or Chicken instead like recommended I wasn’t too satisfied but I’ll definitely go back to try again as I did try my wife’s chicken one and it was really good. 4/5 good prices and good food.
