Visited Sophia’s for the first time yesterday. I pulled up in the parking lot at 8:46pm and noticed that they close at 9:00pm so I decided to come back another day because it was closing in 14 minutes. I figured it wouldn’t be long enough for dine in. As I was getting ready to sit back in my truck, a nice young lady opened the restaurant door and tried to get my attention. I asked her if they close at 9pm? She said yes but no problem! Come in! It’s no big deal. She told me to take my time and order. She was very polite and welcoming. I ordered lobster ravioli and a coke. The entree was huge! It was very delicious as well. I just discovered a new gem right next to my house! Thank You so much for your excellent service and going an extra mile! Great service like this is very rare these days. You made my night!

We came with a party of 35. We were immediately seated and greeted with open arms. The owner, sophia, greeted us and treated us as though we were family. The service was impeccable. The food was out of this world. I highly recommend eating here next time you’re in. Ocean city

This was my 1st time there. Once all of the party came we all ordered our food. They messed up on mine and two others dishes. We waiting so long for the food to come. It was ok. Then we waited a long time for the checks. No toilet paper in ladies room the men’s room paper towels was not working at all. I will not be back any time soon.

Tasty New York style pizza at a fair price and very friendly service. Excellent pasta entrees. The shrimp fra diavolo was perfect with eight large shrimp in a spicy marinara sauce. The spaghetti and meatballs was very tasty with three large juicy meatballs. The gluten free stuffed shells were surprisingly really good. The Italian wedding soup was very good with an abundance of tiny meatballs. The shrimp corn chowder had a lot of chopped shrimp in a perfectly spicy creamy soup.

Ordered a large cheese pizza and a cheesesteak. I checked the online menu/order page and on the page because of a Tuesday special, the pizza was supposed to be 9.99. My total came to just under 24 bucks. The cheesesteak was listed to be 8.99. The receipt was not itemized so I am not sure what I paid for each item. Also….they make their own roll that are not at all like a local Corpolese or Conshohocken Bakery roll. These rolls are very doughy and heavy. I ended up scraping the meat off and throwing out the roll. It wasn’t terrible but just way too heavy. Pizza was above average but extremely thin.

Love their food. The ingredients is superb. Not that I stop by here all of time like I would like to ( busy lifestyle ) but when I’m here the staff here is just so nice. I recommend this restaurant to everyone out there. Good quality staff and food.
